Very Good
The location is excellent. It's really hard to beat. The staff member that greeted us and checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming even recommending local sites to visit and he offered us a helpful paper map with main attractions and points of interest in Riga. The room was also clean and the bed was quite comfortable.
The room was very small, especially with the large bed in it. We hardly had room to open our luggage. The bathroom uses a bathtub, whereas a walk in shower would be much easier for someone with difficulty climbing in and out of a bathtub.

Wonderful
Perfect location in the city center. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful - very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Our room had a stunning view of the park and the New Year’s fireworks, which made our stay even more special. The bed was comfortable, and we really appreciated having a coffee machine, proper heating, and a generally cozy atmosphere. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.
On the downside, the room was a bit small and could benefit from some renovation. The shower drain didn’t work very well, and the TV was awkwardly positioned, facing the window rather than the bed. There was also no Netflix available, and it wasn’t possible to connect Smart View from a phone.

The location could not be better being just a short walk from the center of Old Town and public transportation. The front desk staff was also friendly and extremely helpful.
While the front desk person did their best do resolve my concern, the room I was assigned had an odd smell. It seemed as if a previous guest smoked in the room and it was embedded in the carpet/linens. The front desk attendant was helpful in bringing me a portable heater so that I can open the window and air out the smell. It was eventually bearable but not ideal. This could be avoided by properly airing out the rooms in between guests and thoroughly cleaning particularly if it is determined that someone smoked in the room.

I chooosed a quenbed but I did not get it. I got two single beds placed side by side. I stayed with my wife at the hotel. Because of the bed combination, we were uncomfortable.

This is not a four star hotel.
It is a wildly expensive bed and breakfast. Euros 216 a night!!
Facilities are non-existent. No bar. No restaurant. No room minibar. No room service for food or drinks. No laundry service. A badly stocked coffee bar that closes at 7.
The staff semed surprised when asked for any nearby place that was not a beer dive for cheap tourists. I must be the first guest who has ever needed help.

Wonderful
The hotel is very comfortable but before all in a excellent location at the edge of the Old Town.
They initially booked me a room without a shower !!! It was just a bath which is a complete nonsense. Also, the room door constantly lock itself so I had to go to the reception twice a day.

The location is very central, close to all the main tourist attractions, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The staff was superfriendly!
The room was very small and uncomfortable for a 2 day stay with a child. No space at all, if the suitcase is opened on the floor:)
The hotel itself is rather warn. The fridge didnt work in our room, we asked to fix it, but bad luck, it was not fixed.
The breakfast selection was rather poor compared to usual Radisson selection, which was strange, no made to order options.
No spa, no gym in this building.
Please select this one if you need tours in old Riga and you want to enjoy the old town all day long!)
Otherwise it will not be comfortable for you.

The location is great, walking distance to most tourist attractions. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby.
The breakfast was amazing with lots of options.
The bed and pillow were comfortable, although a lighter duvet would have been better for July.
Friendly staff.
I booked the cosy queen room which was very tight in terms of space. I had 2 carry on bags so I was fine but someone with a large suitcase would struggle to find space for it.
The room didn’t have air con, it had a table fan though which helps but not the same as AC.
I could still hear the tram passing even with the windows closed.

Location is very good, at the edge of the old town
Air condition is just blowing the air, without any cooling, they were unable to fix it. It was difficult to sleep with the open windows due the noise outside.
There is a mini bar in the room which does not cool at all.
