Exceptional
Clean rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. The hotel offers its own parking for an extra fee. We’ve stayed here several times and it’s definitely worth the price. It’s also pet-friendly, which we appreciate the most.

It’s supper clean and beautiful, love the design, breakfast was amazing 10/10 ✨
We felt very very cold in the room even with turned on conditioner on maximum 35 all day even when leaving the room , and second is that shoe rack is missing for winter season as a lot of salt was on the entrance to the room after coming from outside and it makes it very unpleasant to want to bathroom. Also would recommend to put one time use slippers for customers

The location was excellent, the food was excellent lots of breakfast choices vegan and vegetarian. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The facilities were quiet and the room was what we needed for a seven day stay. The bed was very comfortable. The fitness room was well equipped with weights and cardio! Lots of restaurants in immediate vicinity. “Olivia” was wonderful 2 blocks away. The hotel itself had a great dinner menu! We loved our experience at this hotel.
The AC was not working well and we were glad for the open windows in the room for sleep in October and weather was cool. If it was warm we would have pursued assistance. The room was quiet so no night time noise!

Quiet location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. A bit far from the old town approximately a 15 min walk.. Good breakfast
The room was a bit small. The second morning the hotel's alarm was ringing without a profound reason. That was disturbing

We stayed for one night with my wife and our dog, and we loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It’s a truly pet-friendly place, which we really appreciated. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent—rich, varied, and delicious. The hotel also offers private parking. It’s paid, but it’s very convenient and gives you peace of mind about your car. Overall, a perfect stay. Definitely 10 out of 10!

This is newly renovated hotel in a central location. Although it was fully booked during our stay it didn't feel crowded.
The hotel seems to attract a certain type of clients: groups of loud, shabby, aggressive guests who drink alcohol in the breakfast area at 9am and behave provocatively. It's no wonder the hotel staff attitude towards guests seems a bit cold and dismissive.

Disappointing
+ Situated in a very good location which really helped in reaching the places I had to visit simply by foot.
+ Friendly and helpful staff, except for two (one of whom refused to even make eye contact for who knows what reason).
+ The room amenities were good.
+ The lounge downstairs was decent.
+ The free wifi was not too shabby with speeds.
+ Got some coupons for free drinks, due to their green initiative promo.
- The shampoo had a peculiar fragrance. It smelled damp and weird. (Did not consider this for docking the final rating.)
- The housekeeping staff who came to fix my room in one instance while I was inside, was very nervous and did not perform a thorough job of changing the towels and cleaning the place, but it's fine I guess since my presence threw him off balance. (Did not consider this for docking the final rating.)
- I like sleeping cool, the duvet was uncomfortably hot especially since the temperature wouldn't drop lower than ~16 C. So I had to sleep without the covers since the heat did not do my skin any favors. (Did not consider this for docking the final rating.)
- - My room had a NOISY air conditioning that clicked and cracked constantly, it woke me up multiple times. (This contributed a little to the lowered rating.)
----- But the main reason why I might never return here is that the day before I had to leave (after a long stay of around 10 days), a housekeeping staff member tried to barge into my room, as luck would have it, just as I had gotten out of the shower. I asked him to wait a couple of minutes while I put some clothes on, but he used his service key and unlocked the door after demanding to enter the room. If it wasn't for the door blocker in place, this guy would have just forced himself in after unlocking the door without my permission.
Since he couldn't enter with the blocker on, I threw some clothes on, got out of the room and asked him what the issue was. And it turns out he had the wrong room...
Since it was the second last day before I had to check out, I did not create a huge fuss and I had much more important work matters that needed my attention, so I did not think too deep over this incident back then. I just got my work done and left the next day.
