Wonderful
Walking distance to Luxembourg International Airport (LUX) and to the tram. Staff are fluent in English and very helpful and polite. Hotel cafe and restaurant has good food. Rooms are spacious and clean.Short tram ride to the mall, nice restaurants, bus central station, and other sites. Will stay here again if ever.

It's convenient to the airport. Room was spacious and had everything you would need.
The price for parking was too much, €20 per day. It used to be free. The restaurant was also overpriced and the food was bland.

Great Location for early flight.
We had a reservation for two adults and two kids in two rooms with two beds in each room. The check in process was painfully slow. After looking over all four passports, it took at least 15 minutes of standing around before we got our rooms assigned and keys.

Well located. 8 minute drive to the city center. We didn't use public transportation but the tram is directly across from the hotel. Friendly staff. The lobby and dining area smells nice.
The rooms are not sound proof. You hear conversations in the hall way and rooms next door. The bathroom is slightly smaller compared to other hotels I stayed in.

Friendly & helpful staffing. Good food. Good location and easy commute to the city.
Only the fact that they cancel the payment from booking.com and charged us directly on the day of stay. So the agreed price was changed and had to pay a bit extra.

organizational matters. receptionist was very quick but there is an ENORMOUS amount of data and activities to be done. Simply crazy. And as there were some 10 people it took 40 minutes. she was alone. Also invoice had to be asked for by email.

Lovely hotel located a very short walk from the main airport terminal.
Despite a late arrival the staff were very friendly & helpful.
The hotel is beside the main bus & tram line into the city, which made getting about very simple.

The location was fantastic. 5 minute walk to the airport and Tram.
The staff and facilities were good.

NH Hotel is definitely a big name, and in my opinion, it has maintained its credibility. I have beautiful memories from my stay in Luxembourg. The distance from the tram stop is quite short, the facilities were good, and the breakfast service was excellent. The staff serving during breakfast were very friendly—especially Mr. Jean-Charles (I hope I remember the name correctly), who was exceptionally welcoming.
The AC wasn’t working very well—I was expecting it to be cooler, but it was still acceptable.
