The ambience and friendliness of the place and staff was very good. our check in was really smooth and professional. Location was convenient, very close to the tram.
Very good Italian restaurant with selective menu. Wish we had stayed there longer.

The service was outstanding and the rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious.
There is nothing to really complain about, but service and luxury comes with a price. My one complaint was the lack of sufficient EV chargers. For a hotel of this stature, it would have been nice if could have charged by car directly by the hotel

Great modern hotel. Very good staff
The heating was set too hot at times and apparently could not be reduced. The only solution by the staff was to keep windows open. This did slove the problem but took a while to sort out..

Most of the staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were wonderful as were the bar staff. Most of the reception staff were also very professional apart from one man working late one evening.
We arrived and were put in a room that the lights would not turn off so needed to be moved the next morning. Then put in a room where the television didn't work, moved again. That evening (about 11pm) I went to my room to hear a dog barking and screeching so had to be moved again. This member of staff working was unpleasant, I did not want to move rooms again but I'm not sure anyone wants to be kept up all night by a barking dog especially when they are paying a good price for the room! The whole situation was very stressful and disappointing.

Breakfast was fine and varied. Location is also fine. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
I did not like that the tables at the restaurant were cleaned using the hoover for the floors. This is unacceptable and casts doubts on how the entire cleaning process takes place.
