Breakfast was good - but the seating configuration seemed to be set for single businessmen. Food was good overall.
At arrival, the buffet was empty. However, a waiter refilled things after a wait of 10 min or so.

Good location to train and clean.
I was expecting a nicer experience. The lobby and entrance is really unassuming and not that of a nice hotel. The reception also wasn’t very friendly.

Clean and well maintained with a very good location. Perfect value for money and descent facilities.
There was not much information about the charges for getting the room before the check-in time. Only a small almost hidden document by the reception. No information on Booking.com and no information via email or private message. They only offered information about the parking spot arrangements.

The room was decent, food was ok, the location was very convenient. On the first day there were apples in the lobby.
The freshness of pastries during breakfast. Rather uncomfortable side table with insufficient space for sitting with a laptop.

The place itself was good, but the staffs were extremely unhelpful. We couldn't make it for the first night, when we tried to reach out the hotel, the telephone number on booking was wrong. When we finally were able to reach, the one who was in charge was also away. When we checked in the room was not ready, which is confusing. We were also asked to provide deposit with credit card. We didn't bring credit card with us, the staff told us cash is not Accepted and one other man staff cut us in and was mean to us.
Wifi was broken, staffs and the so called manager assistant were making lies to us. We tried to negotiate with them but they gave us attitudes too. Truly not recommended in any way

Nice room, clean, friendly staff so no remarks
I did not immediately see the juice dispenser in the bar, and as I asked in english standing in front of the thing, afterwards I hear the 2 men working laughing and making jokes in french about me... I speak 4 languages. This was a shame for all the. efforts of other kind people of the staff.
I am no fan of these open racks for your stuff instead of a wardrobe as I often stay for several days and need to live from my suitcase.

Convenient location, clean, modern, large windows with lots of seating, big and modern rooms, the hot water maker and iron, super nice and patient staff like Maxime, who never lost his temper during the check in process even though he kept getting interrupted by two older gentleman
