Almost nothing at all
There is no way this place is a 4-star hotel, they’re very cheap, didn’t even have ironing and told to go to a common room and when I went there, it was dark with broken ironing table.

Pleasant
I enjoyed the location, there is a bus stop directly to the center and the fact it is a calm area close to nature with pool and spa (hamman and sauna)
To be honest the thing that makes me not give top rating to this hotel is the shower head: it is proper for men to take showers, not for women. There is only the one on top not a proper shower than you can hold.
So I highly recommend this hotel but just for men.

Safe needed two requests to repair.
Vehicle charging was unnecessarily complicated.
Chances are I wouldn’t have used it the outside pool, but I would have thought by late April all facilities would be up and running..

It was close to the bus stop. We were able to use bus 221 to get to the city center in under 10 mins. HOWEVER there is a VERY reduced bus schedule on public holidays (May 1) and Sundays which we had no idea about so we had a lot of trouble getting to the hotel when we arrived on May 1. Otherwise, the hotel was modern and spacious.
When we finally made it to the hotel and checked in, the receptionist was very short with us when we asked a couple questions about the bus schedule (although we encountered this kind of attitude a couple of times on our weekend in Luxembourg). Also the bathroom door in the room was GLASS. It was mostly frosted but featured frequent stripes of clear glass. Not ideal for 2 friends sharing a room. On that note, we also asked for 2 seperate beds and were given a room with one bed that we had to split ourselves.

It didn’t have a kettle for room, when approached front desk I were told to go to the bar. Bar happy to help but asked me to pay for hot water, and cup and I wasn’t informed at the first by front desk. At the time, I told them I needed it due to the flu. There’s no air condition neither conditioner in the room. Each person has to pay for €80 deposit on top of the room due to snacks and drinks being provided in the fridge but wasn’t explained clearly but staff so that’s a hidden charge. It’s a four star hotel but sorry facilities is not comparable to even a three star. I’ve stayed in more than 8 hotels during Easter and this was the poorest stay I’ve been.

Very nice hotel, comfortable and nice staff. In room you have everything, slippers, bathrobe, complimentary water.
Not in the centre, but if you have car it is just 7-8 minutes drive from the hotel

Nice location, close to the city center which was easy to get to by bus. Very clean room. Pool and sauna were very enjoyable and not overcrowded. Staff were friendly and were checking if everything was okay.
The bed was a bit worn, we had the feeling that there was a soft spot in the middle. The curtains were not fully blocking the light, which made us to wake up early. The shower was leaking water into the bathroom.

Wonderful
The spa and fitness center were very nice and clean. I loved the tanning room. Steam room and hot sauna were available as well and included in the room rate. Free parking was included as well.
Not able to lock the tanning room so other people were walking in during my tanning session.

The hotel is well located and the common areas are pleasant. The spa facilities themselves are nice and relaxing. Staff were polite and tried to assist when issues were raised.
The room we received did not match the Superior Room shown in the Booking.com photos and felt more dated, especially the bathroom. Important pet-related conditions (deposit, not leaving the dog alone, room limitations) were only communicated at check-in and not clearly stated online. We also experienced billing inconsistencies that required follow-up.

Disappointing
The rooms were spacious.
1. The rooms were ill-equipted. There were no glasses or cups in the room
2. Hot water to drink was for pay.
3. There were no complimentary amenities in the room such as tea or coffee.
4. The heating made a lot of noise when working.
5. Electricity sockets in the room didn't work
6.There was no room service. You ordered the food and then go pick it up.
