The room was very well prepared for one adult and two children. Noone had to share a bed.
The parking was difficult. Both the outdoor and indoor spots were taken and it was not allowed to park in non Novotel spots. The outside 4 charging stations were taken and all the charging stations inside were out of order. I had to go to a public parking 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Room was clean and quite well equipped. Location is amazing, couple of minutes walk from tram stop.
The door to the bathroom wasn't closing fully, and lights there were too bright, so if someone was in the bathroom, it wasn't dark in the room. I wish I could switch off lights on the mirror.

The toilet is built separate from the bathroom which is good but very small in the corner with no air circulation. Also the single bed is not considered single size, very small

I liked the room very comfortable bed and the shower was a nice size breakfast was also good
The garage i drove around looking for a parking space for 15 minutes in the underground parking lot then got frustrated call the front desk said on the weekend i can park and of the business. So i parked went upstairs show them a photo of were i parked said not has to be no plate number or not reserved very frustrating.

The Novotel suites were really nice-sized rooms. I travelled with my wife and a 4-year-old, and we had enough space. The washrooms were clean and a good size as well. Separate bath and shower. It also had a mini fridge, kettle, etc. for one to have just a quick coffee. We did not have breakfast so cant tell about that.
I think the parking charge was not a bit higher. Even for the weekend, which is usually cheaper in Europe for at least those 2 days of the week. You would need your car to travel comfortably; public transport is there, but not that frequent.

Overall a great experience. The room size was very good and we enjoyed staying there. Would recommend and consider it again if i were to visit Luxembourg.

Great variety at breakfast and pancakes/waffles for kids was a nice touch. Tram and bus very easy from airport and free also. Location is good but could make things much better by making little changes.
The hot breakfast was warm only each morning. There was a strong smell from the shower/sink in the bathroom which is right next to the bed, so not ideal. The pillow cases on 2 out of the three beds were ripped on one side.

This hotel is beautiful, modern and new. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was very well equipped and sizable with a unique layout. Shower was incredible. It's located right on a tram line that takes you directly into the city (and the train station). There is a small mall nearby with lots of food options. The breakfast served at the hotel was abundant and tasty. All the personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Room was also super quiet.

Fresh facility, very supportive staff, convinient underground parking, great location in Kirchberg.
Well, it was a bit cold in the room - seemingly around 18 Degree while -7 Degree night temp.
