I liked the room very comfortable bed and the shower was a nice size breakfast was also good
The garage i drove around looking for a parking space for 15 minutes in the underground parking lot then got frustrated call the front desk said on the weekend i can park and of the business. So i parked went upstairs show them a photo of were i parked said not has to be no plate number or not reserved very frustrating.

The Novotel suites were really nice-sized rooms. I travelled with my wife and a 4-year-old, and we had enough space. The washrooms were clean and a good size as well. Separate bath and shower. It also had a mini fridge, kettle, etc. for one to have just a quick coffee. We did not have breakfast so cant tell about that.
I think the parking charge was not a bit higher. Even for the weekend, which is usually cheaper in Europe for at least those 2 days of the week. You would need your car to travel comfortably; public transport is there, but not that frequent.

Overall a great experience. The room size was very good and we enjoyed staying there. Would recommend and consider it again if i were to visit Luxembourg.

Great variety at breakfast and pancakes/waffles for kids was a nice touch. Tram and bus very easy from airport and free also. Location is good but could make things much better by making little changes.
The hot breakfast was warm only each morning. There was a strong smell from the shower/sink in the bathroom which is right next to the bed, so not ideal. The pillow cases on 2 out of the three beds were ripped on one side.

This hotel is beautiful, modern and new. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was very well equipped and sizable with a unique layout. Shower was incredible. It's located right on a tram line that takes you directly into the city (and the train station). There is a small mall nearby with lots of food options. The breakfast served at the hotel was abundant and tasty. All the personnel at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Room was also super quiet.

Fresh facility, very supportive staff, convinient underground parking, great location in Kirchberg.
Well, it was a bit cold in the room - seemingly around 18 Degree while -7 Degree night temp.

The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it felt welcoming and well equipped for a pleasant stay
There were a few small areas that could be improved, such as minor maintenance details and better sound insulation, but nothing that significantly affected the stay

Wonderful
Excellent location if you have activities planned in the esplanade area. Additionally the free busses and trams connect it directly with the railway station.
Hotel's rooms are comfy and large, well provided with utilities you need.

Cozy modern clean room. Would definitely stay here again. Love the water fountain just outside our room. Did not have breakfast. Convenient parking located in the parking garage below the hotel. Can catch the Tram 5 min walk from hotel.
Breakfast was too costly so we opted out.

Staff not very warm or looking up if you need something. The cleaning was not so good. Breakfast offer per person expensive, you can find very good and cheaper options around

Hotel pricey for what it offers:decoration was cold and sterile, no bottle of water in the room (but rather an empty bottle that we had to fill with water), no toiletries.
Sterile decoration, not the usual Novotel look and feel from our perspective. Breakfast expensive for what it offers.
