Clean, comfortable and high specs. Great shower with rituals body products. Water fountain with 3 options for refilling water bottle (including sparkling) Loved the breakfast - fresh products, great variety, lively pancakes and donuts. Perfect location to take the tram to the centre which just takes a few minutes. Lovely staff.
The car park fee is a bit pricey.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the tram line, making it extremely easy to reach the city center. Transportation from the airport is also very convenient. The breakfast was good and sufficient, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. It seems to be a hotel frequently preferred by business travelers, which adds to its overall efficiency and organization.
If your room is on the ground floor (especially in the 200 range), you may experience noise early in the morning from the fitness area, such as treadmill sounds. The sound insulation could definitely be improved.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Hotel in Luxembourg Kirchberg and it was an absolutely amazing experience. It’s a great place to stay, and I strongly encourage anyone visiting the city to choose this hotel — you won’t be disappointed.
The breakfast was excellent, with a delicious variety of fresh food and plenty of choices to suit every taste. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very secure, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to relax after a long day. The bed was large, perfectly clean, and very comfortable, and the staff changed the linens every day, which added an extra level of comfort and hygiene.
Overall, the service, location, and quality were all outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Luxembourg — it truly made my stay memorable.

Great location, easily accessible from/to the LuxTram. The rooms are spacious and quiet.
The on-site restaurant was quite delayed in providing our food. The food at the restaurant was not to my liking.

Lovely hotel , very modern and comfortable , great breaksfast and very clean ! tram station near makes it very easy to get to town. i recommend it
staff is very " cold" not welcoming. besides one lady that spoke portuguese that was very nice , rest of the staff was not great. Specially on the main breakfast room , i accidently broke a glass and the staff treated me like i was little kid. accidents happen, staff was very very rude.
