Pleasant
I'm totally pro-green and against waste but we had higher expectations from a 4 star hotel.
There was no vanity kit (probably available upon request but one doesn't call reception from the shower).
Only instant coffee in the bedroom.
We found the empty bottle in the room confusing. It invited us to go get water from the 'water bar'. Didn't like that 'water bar' water because it was warm. Why don't you just put a sign that tap water is safe to drink?
EV charging stations were all out of order in the underground parking and we couldn't find anything close by.
Breakfast buffet was extremely crowded, the waiting line was even for the (only) water tap.

Fair
Location was good.
We were given a room where AC was not working properly and the reception tried to convince that it’s fine and the hotel is full so the AC is not cooling enough. We somehow slept the first night but had to ask the night staff to change the room and the AC was fine in the other one.
The amenities were sold separately which seemed quite a rip off.

Good
Lovely breakfast, a convenient restaurant, and parking.
Room was warm due to the climate control. The carpet and bathroom were not as clean as expected.

Good
A nice and clean room with spacious bathroom
The air was stuffy even at the coldest AC setting. The hall doors would slam at night and would wake everyone in the room.

Wonderful
The hotel is clean, comfortable, spacious and the staff is nice and helpful.
The price can be cheaper considering it does not have a pool or spa. The parking is paid and it can be full in the weekend or during public holidays.

The staff were really nice, paid parking and restaurant are good to have. Taking the tram to the city centre is real fast (and free). We felt great!
