Wonderful
We had great time staying at the hotel and it had everything we needed for 2 nights stay.
Breakfast is free for children, which makes the price "reasonable".
Breakfast had everything you need, and was great to start the day with.
The tap water was not safe to use during our stay and we got free bottles of water during our stay.
If we were only adult, i won't use the breakfast due to the price.
Distance to the city center is about 20 min walking, so take this in consideration when traveling with children.
There is also public transport option, it is the same time.
"Gym" was not so much equipped
There is no supermarket nearby to buy drinks / snacks to the room.

Location is easy to reach by car as its on top of large public parking garage. Short walk to the "old town" and Grund. Breakfast was okey. Silent rooms

The Novotel hotels are always of a good standard.
Ok the price of the breakfast was expensive, for what it was, but apart from that minor qubble, there was nothing major.

The room was big enough for 3 people to stay, and the breakfast was awesome, including the fresh cakes, eggs, fruit juice, any kind of coffee, tea, cheese, salmon, and bacon etc.
There wasn't a sink in the toilet to wash our hands. It was only in the bathroom.

There was only one bottle of water for 3 person.
There was no toothpaste,toothbrush, the breakfast had no hot preparation meal, there was only 2 slipper in the triple room.

We stayed at this hotel with our child, who unfortunately became sick during our stay. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, making it hard to rest properly. We were extremely disappointed with the staff, especially Emerik, who showed little empathy. Despite requesting a short late checkout due to our child’s illness, they refused, giving various reasons about the hotel being fully booked, even though other booking sites showed many available rooms. Overall, the lack of flexibility and consideration made our stay stressful.
