The Hotel was very easy to get to from the city train station.
The area around the city train station was quite loud and this could be heard in the hotel room as well.

Location is great
I booked 2 rooms for me and my kids, my booking is clear, 1 adult and 3 teens, they didn’t have connected rooms or near by They requested to pay extra to get 2 rooms near by, I refused as I already paid too much for that booking, they ended up giving us 2 tiny rooms next to each others. Was ok for 1 night however it didn’t feel good!

Location is amazing, we walk from the train station to the hotel located directly across the street, then you can hopped on the tram or bus to go all over town for shopping and visiting FREE, they do not charge for Public transport in Luxembourg!!

location is nice, little walk to old town but tram is very close and free, so no issues. also the staff was very polite and helpful. we enjoyed the breakfast as well.
I had asked for a nice view room but couldn't get any, even though the room type was junior suit. apart from that nothing to complain about.

Beautiful new property. Room was enormous (even by US standards) with beautiful finishes and furnishings. Staff were very helpful. Amazing location across the street from the central train station. Easy walk up the hill to the old part of the city.

The location
The hotel was shabby, stained carpet from the dogs I imagine. Most of the hotel staff except for one woman were not helpful and seemed annoyed when asked questions regarding directions and restaurants. I felt uncomfortable asking them for any help.
