Great hotel with clean, modern rooms and very friendly staff. The location was good, and the breakfast had a nice selection. Would definitely stay here again!

Reasonable price given the area.
Kind of in the middle of nowhere and more importantly, they failed to restock our toilet paper. When I called the front desk to let them know it took them over 25 minutes for them to bring us another roll, even after calling twice.

Staff was very friendly, we arrived early for our check in and they had our room ready already. Breakfast was great, a good selection of fruit, pastries and bread. The room was huge, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The hotel sits atop a hill and you can walk to the Casemates in about 20min downhill through a beautiful forest path.

This hotel had all the modern amenities and was close to the tram and in a lovely part of the city with the art museum and an old fort. We wish we'd had more time to explore the area. Staff were welcoming and competent. Breakfast was fantastic - the restaurant has a Spanish theme so there were all the usual items as well as tortilla espanola and other Spanish treats. We loved it.
Nothing to report for cons, really. It took us about 30 minutes to get to the haute ville by tram (including waiting for the tram).

The staff was outstanding- Denise was fantastic and greeted us enthusiastically and was very helpful with making sure we had the accommodations we wanted. Great smile, great customer service. The location is excellent with a short walk to the #1 Tram.

Everything was good - the room was clean, beautiful and comfortable, the view was great. The breakfast is tasty and provides a reach choice, the location is great (close to the center, to the Philharmonie, and to the Grand Duchess Charlotte Bridge). Also, we liked the lounge a lot - I think it is a great idea to have a place where the tourists can come after their trip day in town, to sit, talk, eat snacks and drink wine or beer. About the parking (sensitive topic) - the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, but there are 2 parking options available nearby - a paid parking in the neighbor building (very close and not too expensive), and a street parking (the small street that is close to the hotel) that is free at nights and weekends (free is good, and it is not very far, but the number of parking slots is very limited)
About the lounge - it would be great if the snacks would be refreshed during the later hours as well (the drinks were refreshed, but the snacks were not) - I think that the staff a little bit underestimates the potential of the lounge in the late hours.

Excellent property. Very kind people working there. Had a fantastic experience. Yes, there is no car parking at the property but just figure out parking near by. If you’re prepared for that, the experience here is excellent!!
