Rooms are very spacious and clean . Great food at restaurant , staff very nice and polite

very easy and fast check-in and, next day check-out; car parking outside for free, quiet and spacious room with coffee machine, hotel is very close to the freeway from Germany towards Belgium
pillows were too soft for me; glass door to the bath room, I don't like this style

The Lady at the reception was extraordinary friendly and. Competent , even doe the hotel check in was super busy .
The Breakfast and the check out time were at 12 pm.

Very Poor
I have to report an incident that we didn't like at all.
On July 16th, I booked a room through booking.com as usual.
Although I provided all the required information, including my debit card details, nothing was debited.
I was a little surprised by this, but as you can see, I received a confirmation email.
we arrive at Lux around on Aug 1 around 12:00 and replied on welcome msg of the hotel thru booking.com around 13:00 that we will have a late evening check in as we want to explore the city right away. At approximately 23:40 my boyfriend- Thomas, called the hotel because they doesn't have response at all on our msg.
and surprisingly we were informed that no booking was visible and everything was fully booked!
This is extremely unpleasant for us!
We received no notification of the cancellation of our booking; on the contrary, we even received confirmation of the booking!
Now we have to find a new hotel in the middle of the night!
That is highly unprofessional!

Wonderful
Booked this hotel on my motorcycle tour. Staff is very friendly. The check in process was just 1 min. The room was clean and comfy. Food was very good when I had breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant.
The Internet was a bit slow but acceptable.

We checked out on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM; the male receptionist on duty at the time was very disrespectful and rude. They were not helpful at all. The hotel is quite far from the center; even though we had a car, we definitely do not recommend it based on its location. There were no tea-making facilities or similar amenities in the hotel. For that price, one could choose better hotels in more central locations; it is certainly not a good value-for-money hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. One of the biggest advantages is the hotel's excellent location close to the airport, which made my travel experience much more convenient and stress-free. Despite being near the airport, the hotel was quiet and offered a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service, especially for business travelers or those with early flights.
However, I believe the price is a bit too high for what is offered.

Stuff was good, hotel is good,
That i was not happy at all for the extrmely many flys was in the food area, where brekfes, dinner was served. Not to say that besaids flys there where waspes as well. And stank one of my friend.

Very clean and pet friendly. Staff was very friendly.
Cost is very high. Added breakfast, while food is not worth the extra money. Sadly, due to the location there aren’t many options. Dinner was absolutely horrible and inedible.

Issues with the room and facilities:
-The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room extremely uncomfortable.
-The room did not have a kettle or basic complimentary amenities such as tea and coffee, which are expected at most hotels.
-The shower was poorly maintained and sprayed water throughout the bathroom, creating a mess after every use.
-The curtains did not close properly, allowing direct sunlight into the room early in the morning and making it difficult to sleep.

Cleanliness & Comfort: The hotel was exceptionally clean. Despite its proximity to the airport, the soundproofing is excellent—I didn't hear any noise from the airplanes at all.
Staff: The team was very professional and treated guests with great respect.
Parking Perks: There is an underground parking garage available. Although I received a message stating it costs €10 on weekends and €20 on weekdays, they surprisingly didn't charge me anything in the end!
Parking Alternatives: If the garage is full, there are a few free spots right in front of the lobby. Alternatively, you can park on the street for just €0.20 per hour (up to a 10-hour limit).
Bathroom Layout: The main downside was the architectural design of the bathroom. It isn't a separate, enclosed room but rather integrated into the main living space of the guest room. This leads to a lack of acoustic privacy; any sound—like washing your hands or taking a shower—is clearly audible throughout the entire room.

It was located in a quiet area,they had a small parking lot but they have one covered.If you don’t want to pay the parking you can park outside ,on the street and in weekends is free.
It was a nice room ,nicely organised and decorated with taste .We only stayed for one night but it was everything very good.The walls were thick or maybe the other guest were well behaved.
We also tasted the house wine and it was good .
Overall the hotel is well maintained,organised and decorated with taste .
We had a good experience with the persons on the reception and at the restaurant.
Minor things like the cracks in the wall (I said minor cracks ) , the little stains in the carpet and the view that wasn’t the best (you could choose the one with the better view/terase)
