The hotel has a parking garage. The staff is friendly.
The location of the hotel is terrible, it is between multiple night/strip clubs, causing an enormous amount of noise at night. During our stay, an alarm went off multiple times, which was the police asking everyone to leave the area. This definetly says something about the area this hotel is in.
The parking garage is extremely narrow, so don't expect to be able to enter this parking garage with a car wider than a hatchback. The hotel lobbies are extremely hot (even in the winter) which seems like a general HVAC issue. The airconditioning in the rooms are very old and might be central. This airconditioning does not seem to work at all. The bathroom was pretty old, the shower had multiple rusty stains which made it look very cheap. The staff speak very little english.

Very Good
Great stay near the main train station so super easy for those arriving in train from other cities like us. Very easy to get anywhere especially with the free transportation in Luxembourg. The area is good with a-lot of nice restos/pubs near by. But not the nicest area to walk at night due to some drunk ppl around so maybe if i were staying there as a girl alone i would reconsider the location.

The hotel staff was nice, always smiling.
I feel like this hotel is under the usual Ibis standards, starting with the room which had dirty walls with stains on it. The breakfast was one of the poorest I've ever tried. It only had a fridge with ham, cheese and boiled eggs, nothing cooked. The worst part was that during New Year's Eve and throughout the stay, the room was cold although the heating was turned on all the time.

Windows offer good isolation from the street noise.
Walls are too thin, I could hear guests from next door room conversing.

The location is very central with access to all public transport options and local bars / restaurants. The staff is friendly and the rooms were very clean. The airconditioning worked really well!
The bed was very hard, the room did not have a safe. The room was out of shampoo, when I asked for it to be replaced the cleaning staff did not do it. The cleaning staff did not come for room service. Had to pay 3.5 euro for coffee from a cheap machine, free coffee in a hotel is expected.

This facility was really nice. Some meter from the trsin station. The staff always was ver helpful. The room have all neccesary for your stay. And the prive was very atractive. We love everything. Luxemburg was amazing. Lovely city.

Disappointing
The staff was very nice.
Even though the price is comparable to other hotels, the single bed room was SO small. I wasn't able to get my suitcase around the bed without lifting it over. There was a luggage dtand, but I had to rearrange the room in order to use it. Even then, it too up most of the free space. What I got wasn't worth what I paid.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and housekeeping keeps the place nice and tidy. Our standard room was quite small (so was the bathroom) but most seemed to be in good order. Breakfast was a little basic but all we needed. Coffee and tea-facilities available in the after hours which was great. Airconditioning in the room was a big plus considering the high temperatures.
The garage under the hotel is, just as they say, VERY TIGHT, so this takes some skill even in a small car.
Bedside light was physically broken but still worked. Beds seemed a little worn but still slept well. Room was next to elevator and staircase and therefore quite noisy. View out of the window was quite poor. All in all, we still had a great stay. For a somewhat budget stay I thought it to be a little pricey.

Complimentary coffee in the lounge. Close to train station and places to eat.
The room was cute and quiet, the bed comfortable, and I would stay there again.
The area was kind of seedy but no real issues. The room could have used a mini-fridge but the days I stayed were very hot so it might not be important other times of year.

Its very close to central train station.
but outside with pubs and bars and people drunk. I dont feel safe to walk at night going back to the hotel
