This hotel is gorgeous. Beautiful location. Breakfast was excellent and dinner in the restaurant was superb. The staff is incredibly friendly.
Their towels are very rough.

The location is nothing but great, 10 minutes walking from the city center. Even though the structure could look big and crowded, the rooms are quite to guarantee customers a good rest. The free water filling machina at the lobby was amazing, considering the hot weather during our staying.
Not a problem I experienced but - considering the size of the private parking - is good to avoid late check in .

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Parc Belle-Vue und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das sehr freundliche Personal und die gute Lage. Die Altstadt ist in etwa 13 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel (25€/Tag).
Das Zimmer war zwar recht klein, für eine Übernachtung aber vollkommen ausreichend. Ein Wasserkocher mit Tee, löslichem Kaffee und Kondensmilch war vorhanden. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den kostenlosen Early Check-in anlässlich meines Geburtstags sowie einen Gutschein für ein kostenloses Getränk – eine wirklich nette Aufmerksamkeit.
Das Gebäude des Hotels ist schon etwas älter. Ein paar Stellen im Zimmer an den Wänden waren schon etwas abgenutzt. Die Toilette und das Waschbecken waren auch schon etwas älter, was man den Anlagen auch angesehen hat. Die Fugen in der Dusche könnten etwas Pflege vertragen. Zudem waren Waschbecken und Toilette auffallend niedrig.
Die Klimaanlage war leider nur ein mobiles Gerät und relativ laut, sodass sie für die Nutzung über Nacht eher ungeeignet gewesen wäre. Zum Glück war es nachts nicht mehr so warm und wir konnten bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen. Einen Kühlschrank gab es ebenfalls nicht.

The location was great to be able to walk around and get to the different parts of city easily. Especially across the street from a nice park that lead to the glass elevator.
It was part of a conference center. It felt more like dormitory buildings than a hotel. The coffee supplies were not replaced the first day and the reception wasn’t very helpful. Towels were not replaced on the second day.

The location was great and the variety of breakfast options set me up for the day. Grateful for the friendly and helpfulness of the young lady at breakfast.
The bed was hard for me and the pillows too soft. Found some staff to be somewhat curt.

The location was wonderful with an incredible view of the city. I didn't get to eat in the restaurant so it's hard to say how the food tasted.
It would help to keep spare blankets in the rooms because sometimes it was cold. Otherwise the rooms were quiet with nice views onto the valley.
