Location only
The bathroom. Everything looks new. But the shower floor, the water dont drain properly. I asked to fix , but nothing change. Bfast at the restaurant was good. Small simple bfast.

The location is fantastic for exploring Luxembourg. The restaurant was very good. We had breakfasts there and a couple of dinners.
The rooms we were in were somewhat dated and in need of upgrades to the carpeting and decor.

TV with streaming services, cosy, complimentary coffee, nice neighbourhood, nice view from the room.
No safe, pillows too empty- were not comfortable, not much space to put the luggage somewhere suitable.

Generally centrally located, within a short walk to everywhere/everything we wanted to do. A 15 min walk to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet with minimal disturbances. There was a random buzzing noise the first night that was coming through the wall, but other than that, it was quiet.
There was no curtain on the shower, so the water sprayed out into the bathroom floor and there were no wash clothes provided, but that is literally our only complaint.

The room was okay, but keep in mind that the reception, the rooms, and the restaurant are all located in separate buildings. This means you have to go outside and walk each time you want to speak to reception, or go for a meal. Had I known this beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have booked. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but overall fine. Also, be aware that they require a deposit upon arrival, so consider that when planning your stay.

the building is from the year 1960-70, not renovated, ugly, no elevaton, uncomfortable entrance, long corridors, ugly interior, seperated frpm the loby, very uncomfortable entrance. the stuff is not friendly, very small room, very small bathroom

The hotel is in great location, it is pet friendly and they provide a bed, a bowl, a treat and a toy and a towel for your dog, making worth the pet fee.
Staff was amazing, the room had a great view, the bed was super comfy.
Parking is in the location and they have parking outside or in garage.
The hotel is closed to green areas of the city making very pleasant the walk to the city center.
The smell in the hallway entering the building, where the lift is located is like some humidity.

Very central and friendly staff. View from window was amazing and not far from all key locations in the city and old town. You have an option to have breakfast and drop luggage for free.
There was no lift which was not my concern but for anyone travelling with suitcase should be aware

Everything. I was in the next with nice street view. Location is great, 15 miss from train station, but still in a very quiet, beautiful area with great views. Almost in front if a beautiful park, Christmas Market and the best stores. Comfortable bed and covers. Clean, Small shower but great hit wayer. Toiletries, lotion, conditioning, shower get, tissues. Nice staff. Lovely place!!
