It was a ok experience nothing fancy or great about it overall.
A lot of things could have been better but I ain’t giving free advice for getting the hotel to be rated .

Excellent! Superb! We were upgraded to a suite and it was MAGNIFICENT! So much space, lovely sitting area, bathroom was huge with a large tub, nice dressing area desk for putting on makeup. So much storage area in the entryway. The ceiling beams added so much character to the room! Our favorite hotel in all of Europe!

all good. restaurant great , breakfast great , only room that leads to front entrance too noisy starting from 8. if you want to sleep with open window after 8am - impossible

The hotel is slightly out side the city but trip to the center is very easy and the location is nice and quiet

Very kind and attentive staff! Excellent and stylish room. Very nice restaurant, worth the Michelin recognition, although a bit expensive in relation to its quality.

Cozy and atmospheric, the hotel was adorable and pleasant to stay. Not only was the room spacious and comfortable, but it also was equipped with all necessary things. Small little details, as delicious sweets, could complete the picture. Kind and responsive staff.
The crockery equipment at the breakfast could be richer. I didn't have enough extra plates and a knife, for slicing bread, for example.

Yeah it’s an quit cozy venue.. old furniture.. not that comfy regarding to the price.
It doesn’t match up the price..
And the gault millau restaurant in the hotel..

This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated in classic style with beautiful furnitures. The rooms are very big and very well equipped, absolutely clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was also impeccable. The personnel very polite and very helpful. I wish I could stay longer.
