Wonderful
Nice old school hotel, centrally located, curteous staff.
Nothing not to like. Booking.com however stated breakfast included whereas that information was not passed on to the hotel. Not the first time I had that issue with booking.com.

Beautiful old world charm in a great location. Lovely civilized breakfast with classical music to go along with the delicious pastries. The linens were particularly comfortable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend the elegant and intimate hotel bar for a classy nightcap.

This is the perfect hotel for a short stay in Luxembourg. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The hotel feels like you’ve went back in time. Everything was clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the location is perfect. Would certainly stay here again.

The location was good - convenient to shopping, walking paths, etc. We got a good room - on a corner with a balcony that wrapped around to both sides. The rooms are older but clean. Another friend got a room overlooking an air shaft, so was disappointed. The breakfast was nice and had a large selection of hot items, pastries, meats/cheeses, etc., and the restaurant staff was nice. Very nice, cozy bar on the ground level floor with pleasant, helpful staff.

It didn't have a modern shower. Very high bathtub with a shower curtain, so not senior friendly (it was clean though). Shower head leaked. There was an old hang on the wall blow dryer that was yellowed with age. The facial mirror was over the toilet, didn't extend out and the light didn't work. The "free coffee" in your room was an old water cooker with some instant coffee packets. Someone had spilled coffee down the front of the desk that wasn't cleaned. The TV set was actually modern, but way too big for the small room. Plus I found the colors to be an assault on the eyes and just not relaxing. It was fine to stay in, and a great location, but overall not worth the price.

The hotel has a high end feel with classic décor. The reception staff are great and have many helpful tips. This property is in the heart of the old city and there is plenty to do within a few walking blocks.

A large room overlooking the market area (bonus was the Christmas market as we were there over the holidays). Loved the room size compared to those in Paris, for example. Staff were very friendly. Well located in the old, historic, area.

The hotel is like a museum, it is in dire need of renovation, and we were in the hotel over the weekend, on the first floor, room 102, and the noise from the bar was completely disturbing us until midnight.
