Great hotel and a comfortable. Nice room. Ample parking; we were able to leave our car parked here for a fee for several days and fly out from the airport. Kind staff.

I appreciated the excellent service, excellent breakfast (including gluten free option), ultra-helpful staff, particularly Tadhg, Isabella and Florence, not to mention the wonderful swimming pool ( a little cool at the beginning, but once you start moving, the temperature is perfect) - all of this combined to render this a wonderful stay. Goldilocks herself would have been impressed!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! ❤️
First of all, a big shoutout to Karim at the reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to help us—not only with our reservation, but also with recommendations and tips on what to do and see in Luxembourg. His kindness really made a difference!
The room was amazing—very clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. And of course, we absolutely loved the beautiful view from our room! ?
The food was also really tasty and fresh, and the whole team was friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything.
We were traveling with our young child, and we were especially happy to find that the hotel was very child-friendly. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Another big plus was the bus stop right next to the hotel which made getting around Luxembourg so much easier and convenient.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luxembourg. We would happily come back! ❤️

Parking was abundant
Buffet Breakfast was good and the staff quickly replaced whenever something was empty. The restaurant staff were very cordial.
House keeping was good and the staff were helpful. You may need a bit of French to talk to the housekeeping staff beyond anything basic like coffee/tea supplies, towels, etc.
The reception staff were quite rude. Despite requesting for an early check-in 4 days in advance, they made us wait 4 hours to give a room. Neither the Starbucks coffee machine nor the water dispenser at the reception worked and when we asked the reception staff for help, they said they can't do anything. After 3 hours and having finished lunch at a nearby restaurant, one guy at the reception asked for my passport and said that the room is still not ready (13:30) but he is going to try his best to get the room ready. At that point, I thought we were already checked in and just waiting for the room to become ready. After another hour of nothing happening (14:30), I waited in the queue again and this time a different guy asks for my passport again. I reacted with a muttering of "How many times are you to going to ask for my passport?". Apparently, it seems this was very disrespectful and I was told to show respect to that guy who informed me multiple times that the check-in time is at 15:00.
Even the check-out was extremely slow with people queuing up and the reception has the most incompetent people I have ever seen across multiple continents. I never read/write reviews but I wish I had read some of the reviews before booking.
Other finer points:
- Toilet in the reception (basement) is an absolute stinker and is worse than many train stations. I dont know how on earth is this a 4 star hotel.
- Air Conditioning in the room does NOT work and it is a balmy 25 to 26 celsius. At least here, I found one person from the reception to be very cordial and friendly. He is a young African guy(?) who always seem to wear a smile and greet people. You won't miss him. If you can find him, deal only with him.
- Pool is dirty and I didn't want my daughter to get in. Again, not worthy of a 4-star hotel.

They gave me a cookie when I walked in , free parking, water in the room, and it was very clean and checkout was at 12 it’s usually 11 when I travel.
