Good city location- center, cozy rooms, warm welcome. There was a large selection of food for breakfast and everything was delicious.. Best selection for the price.

Breakfast was decent
The entrance area is shabby and carries an unpleasant odor, which creates a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the rooms are also outdated, and the entire hotel clearly needs some attentive care and renovation

Great location close to city center and train/bus stations (about 1 km away). Spacious and clean room with toilet/shower/hair dryer/TV/Wi-Fi/AC/kettle/two bottles of water. Very good breakfast, albeit starting a bit late at 8 AM. Friendly staff.
Absence of a safe and a mini-fridge might be important to some people. Tap water is chlorinated in this location (so kudos to the hotel for those two bottles of water provided). Lift seemed to be on the slower side so I simply used stairs instead of waiting.

Location - convenient, only a short walk to the center, good connections;
Parking - available, worked very well for us, but indeed quite limited space;
Wi-Fi - worked very well;
Room - spacious, quiet, with a big bathroom;
Bed - good sleep quality, no complaints;
Breakfast - broad choice, solid coffee, tasty.
The elevator is a sauna on a sunny day.

Location, very close to the city center. 15min slow walking distance, which was nice. Room was quite good but the furniture as well as bathroom is outdated. Staff is amazing.
Water pressure was poor, as well as breakfast didn't have many options, and all the same for 3 days.

The room was large and spacious. Breakfast was varied. Staff were pleasant and friendly. The secure car park was handy.
Great central location.
The heating couldn't be controlled in the room, and it was way too hot. It's probably ok for some, but not us from the Isle of Man.
Hot food could have been hotter, and pastries were stale (maybe because it was Easter Monday and they re-baked them)?
