The location next to the international ferry terminal was really nice. The staff were friendly enough. They had an option to pay in cash (if you have exact change).
The furnishings were old and seemed thrown together. The sheets weren't fitted. There were two big bleach stains in the middle of the carpet. The water in the bathtub was green, so I'm guessing some of the pipes are too old. The coffee at breakfast was some of the worst I've ever had; I suspect the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while.

Great location as near ferry, friendly staff, pet-friendly room, nice breakfast, cool view from 7th floor.
No fridge, windows too dirty from outside, old and small TV

Cleanliness of room, welcoming staff (reception), overall atmosphere, parking option, location near to arena, various dining and shopping facilities, tasty breakfast, wonderful coffee.
Choice for breakfast could be a little broader, especially vegetables/salad, fruit platter. etc. Staff lady looked bored and was way too frequently absent from the room, above all - she looked obviously unhappy all the time, without showing the slightest sign of friendliness and welcoming attitude towards the hotel guests.

•Free parking.
•Very polite and helpful staff. Big thanks for the only girl admin who been there for us at late evening and helping to bring baby cots for our sleepy babies.
•Toiletries and tissues in bathroom.
•Kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room.
•Extra beddings in wardrobe.
•Our room was quite big.
In overall this hotel is not one of the worst we stayed in Lithuania, but it definitely not worth the money and we not looking go to come back here
•Curtains in the room are smaller than windows and during night is bright in the room.
•Fridge in the room is old and noisy.
•One of baby cots we got wasn’t in good condition.
•Mattress is very soft and from one side it felt even broken, hard to get a good sleep on it.
•Bathroom is outdated, sink and toilet needs replacing(not a huge minus, but still…)
•Breakfast has a very limited choice, we were left hungry. •Coffee from coffee machine not tasty, sure this hotel is not the only one with such a minus…

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Large room, comfortable sofa to sit on, bed, and bed linen. The windows are quite soundproof, even though the hotel is on a busy street.
The tap water is yellowish, which is quite unusual in Lithuania. The location is poor - right on a busy street, next to a petrol station. Breakfast is absolutely basic, the elderly lady who served it was not very nice or attentive.

It was good breakfast, friendly stuff and for me location was perfect.
I would not like the mattress on the bed too soft so couldn't sleep good. Also it was missing the fridge in the room, what i really needed, bcs was traveling with dog and needed to put his food.
