Garden are useful
Refrigerator broke and I check with reception, the answer : we know , it has been broke awhile , I cannot give fruit or any food there , it make even worse .
The safe lock not work and reception can not help , we have to place all the valuables things in the luggage and keep it lock.
Breakfast doesn’t have vegetable, if you are vegetarian, it will be the trouble for you .

The room was large and comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The music throughout the cafe and garden was awful. It all seemed to be techno with a hard beat, far from relaxing. It was distracting and subtracted from the overall experience. I suggest some classical, mellow music to fit with the atmosphere of this nice hotel.

Disappointing
The central ventilation was working the whole night and was super noisy in my room. However, the staff was nice and the breakfast was decent.
The noise in the room during the night because of the ventilation.

I had a late check-in at the hotel and was greeted warmly. However, I was disappointed to learn that breakfast would only be served starting at 8:00 AM, while I needed to leave by then.
The room size and cleanliness were satisfactory. However, the heating in the room was weak, and I felt cold during the night. There was no extra blanket in the closet. The hotel seemed almost empty, as there were only two cars in the parking lot, yet the hotel still charged 10 € for parking my car.
In the morning, I requested to extend my check-out time to 1:00 PM instead of 12:00 PM. I was told this wasn’t possible for free. They asked for an additional 10 € per hour for staying longer.
This attitude towards guests felt unfriendly, with a charge of 10 € for every little thing.

Location: very close to Klaipėda castle, the old town and Svyturys brewery :-)
The room: Fantastic! We were booking a room with extra bed for our kid so they've upgraded our room to huge Suite!!!
Parking: inner yard of the hotel, no extra charge
Breakfast: Fantastic.
Extra charge for our tiny puggy was 20€
That dog is harmless!!! :-)

Very disappointed of my weekend stay in this hotel …I never leave bad review but this time i felt like I have to ..
I have been traveling a lot for business/leisure and staying in many hotels, but this hotel is probably one of the worst one I have stayed!!!!
This time I came with my partner for short city break to see beautiful Lithuania, but the hotel have little spoiled this experience
Firstly -hotel rooms is nothing like in pictures - very basic not even slippers or dressing gown or any toiletries provided just soap and shower gel
-we booked for business class /room is very very basic like 2 star hotel or worst.
Secondly reception wasn’t very welcoming -no hello no good evening but just pointed at our small dog and said 20 euro extra that was all she cared …to take money ..how we felt
Have to mention that the 2 employees we seen have very poor English, I think if you work in hotel where stays a lot tourist you have to have at least basic English or any other not just native language …but that wouldn’t be the issue if the service and hotel room would be better …
In evening we wanted to order cup of tea called so we went to reception know one was there so we went back to room and called instead the they picked up phone -we asked if we could come and get a tea bag as in room they only have kettle and cups but no tea or coffee (what I would think 4 star hotel should have this in the rooms as complementary ) but no she said you have to wait till breakfast opens so we stayed with our tea …
In the morning we went to ask for this tea and she said it’s €3.50 ….
Anyways wanted to say if you book here hotel don’t expect like in pictures or how 4 star hotel should be
Be ready it’s basic hotel 2 star I would give max
I will never return to this hotel for sure
