Location, nice interior of common spaces.
The shower drainage was clogged and the whole bathroom was instantly flooded, had to use towels to prevent water running into the room. Not big selection for breakfast, cheap cookies for desert. Hotel parking was full, and street parking is paid.

Clean, staff super friendly and clear, it is nicely furnished, comfortable, has parking.
The thermostat was left at maximum, it was 27C when I came in, totally dry air. Not healthy and it took a while to get the temperature down. Outside the window there is a decoration lamp and it lights up the whole room during the night even with the curtains closed.

Check in was fast and easy. Modern code entrance that i loved. Wonderful interior. Fantastic breakfast and close to entrance, safe parking for car in backyard.
Larger flat screen preferably smart TV with HDMI/USB C cable included so i can connect my computer. Because in my opinion people are not interested in cable or local TV, only streaming services, youtube...

The location is easy to navigate around the old town, just around the corner of the old market. Clean and spacious apartment, comfy beds. Delicious and wide selection breakfast. The room was very quiet, and the staff was seen only during the check-in. The price was a good quality match.
A small fridge would be beneficial and floor cleaning after a few nights. Overall, I enjoyed the stay.

Close walk to downtown, decent breakfast, the bathroom had an actual door and wall (unlike some fancy hotels where the wall is glass and you wake everyone up if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night). It was easy to park our rental car there, and free.
Room cleaning instructions were unclear. The book said to leave the door handle empty if we wanted the room cleaned. The door hanger had “please clean” and “do not disturb” on either side. We tried both ways to signal for our room to be cleaned but it didn’t get done until our third day there. Also there is no A/C so if it had been much warmer outside, we would have melted in our rooms.

Excellent breakfast with a broad choice, spacious rooms with high ceilings, extremely comfortable beds, windows which you can be opened to let in fresh air, hence, no need to use air-conditioning.

Convenient location next to old town, big parking, spacious bathroom. Room was pretty comfortable.
Mediocre breakfast (limited choice, some options unavailable by 9 already, malfunctioning coffee machines). Not enough electrical sockets in the room, bad lightning.

We only stayed a night but thought this was a good base for a short stay. Our room was comfortable and it was fairly well located for the old town and passenger ferry. Breakfast choices were more limited than in our previous similarly priced hotel in Vilnius. We would stay there again.
