Close to city center, welcome gift, staff help on getting to my room.
Breakfast lacked most popular option - bacon. There were eggs, but why no bacon? And I did came early two mornings in a row, so I did not miss it. Very complex and long path to designated room, like a labyrinth. Though there are 2 modern and higher buildings, we were given room on a what it seems to be older version of the hotel, that is further than the modern ones, I feel I was tricked when choosing the hotel. Room amenities - half of them were broken. Paper walls - people in another room were heard very clearly when they were talking, not loudly, just plain conversation, felt like the sound came from electrical sockets. Very poor noise isolation. This did not feel like 4 star hotel.

if you get room in old building it rather complicated way to the lobby and breakfast hall,
if you get room in new building then you find a rather a weird stage/platform in the middle of the room, which is annoying/inconvenient to overpass every time you go from bathroom to the bed or back

Location and room was good ,thanks.Did not have a breakfast. We had breakfast at a cafe in the old town.
It would have been great if there were bathrobes and toothpaste in the shower. We missed these things.Disappointed.

Staff members are brilliant, polite, and professional! Interesting design of the rooms, never seen before.
The plan of the building is complicated to me, because I can’t get to the parking lot from my room by the lift.
Also the parking lot is with 6 levels where entrance to each is very very narrow. Swimming pool located in the different building which is strange. In summary just the way it’s all arranged not easy for me.

I checked in with my spouse and was given a eoim with two single beds. You can imagine how uncomfortable the sleep was.
