Wonderful
The whole place was available to us, very quiet, large & private.
As some others have mentioned, cleanliness could be better but it is far from dirty.

Exceptional
This is a lovely charming villa. Clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, two bedrooms have Aircon which is great. We particularly loved the pool, we were able to go swimming every day. There are a couple of small shops down the road that have basic necessities and more shops a short drive away. Very peaceful location. Lots of wildlife to see, peacocks, loads of other birdd, monkeys, even a mongoose or two. At about 6.15 every evening giant fruit bats fly overhead. Highly recommend!

Great location when you have a car. Swimming pool, barbeque and nice garden - we were living like in zoo.

Wonderful
It has a very tranquil location and friendly neighborhood, a beach reachable with Tuktuk in 5 mins, and a market with all essentials next door.
There was a leakage in the villa after the heavy rains (that's why we cannot rate it with 10), but the host fixed it immediately.
