The location was really nice, it was surrounded by jungle/trees so there was a lot of wildlife around. The owner is great, taking care of our needs and the breakfast is delicious it changed each day which we liked. The room was spacious and the outside area is a nice place to relax.

We were there for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay! Host was very friendly and made a very nice breakfast with different fresh juice every morning. Room is spacious and clean with good shower and aircon as well. Lovely view of the forest and perfect location near shops and beach!

The room is quite big, very well located while quiet at the same time, just next to the forest so you can spot some monkeys if lucky... five min walking to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. Thilak is a great host that is willing to help at all times. Definitely recommended.

This place is very near to all attractions in galle. Efficient and friendly service. Nice breakfast which we enjoyed a lot and very friendly host.The room is charm, providing a unique and memorable stay for us. Very peaceful environment. The nearest restaurant foods also great and worthy. Thanks

The breakfast was great. I had western and Sri Lankan breakfast. The fresh juice was a nice change. The family has a tuk tuk so they can take you to galle. The wife is an excellent cook and gave me an excellent evening meal
I was the only one there. In addition festival was one and someone said there was 150 000 there. I am unsure but it was certainly crowded. Unfortunately i missed the parade

The backpackers lodge is just nearby the jungle. Get up early in the morning to see the monkeys swing by or the water monitor take his daily walk. Moreover, you get to enjoy a breakfast at your stay and the room is very spacious.
I would immediately stay there again.

We loved our stay. The owners were very friendly and attentive. We extended our stay and they agreed a slight discount. They also washed our clothes for free as we were long-term guests.
The guesthouse is positioned right next to jungle so has fantastic views of the wildlife - monkeys, lizards, birds and more.
The bed was rather creaky and disturbed our sleep often. But that was the only fault.

We enjoyed our stay here alot. Even tho it was really spontaneous, the friendly guy was super helping and carring.
The house is directly in the center but in one of the side roads so its not to loud in the night. To the beach its less then 5 min by walk.

Very well situated little homestay, in a quiet road, in only short walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Kind hosts! Basic room (some little details would make it more cozy), but spacious and clean. Shower with warm water.

Very kind host and fantastic breakfast. The room is super clean and very comfortable. Also the wildlife right next to the property is amazing. You can see monkeys and other different kind of animals.
