We had a great stay here, the room was huge and had a nice balcony under cover so could sit and watch the thunderstorm roll in - or the monkeys and peacocks in the morning. The room had all we needed including a fridge. Location was great for the beach and close to plenty of restaurants. Staff were very helpful when needed, overall great stay.

The hotel was perfect, the room was so clean and very spacious with nice outdoor seating. The family are so lovely and welcoming and their home/hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed at on our travels. Their dog is also so cute! We had one small problem with the hot water but they were very apologetic and made sure to fix it straight away which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend or stay here if we ever came back.

Run by a friendly host (Christy), the property is in a quieter part of Unawatuna yet still only a 5 min walk to the beach. Our room was very spacious (2 doubles with mosquito nets) and clean. We didn’t use it, but there is a communal kitchen for use by guests. Good value for money overall.

It was a very nice place with a best customer / Client service and Owner and supporting staff given a good & excellent service for us. Me , wife & kids very satisfied at the end of the trip with Santori best service. Thank you very much & All the very best.

The environment is calm. Rooms are large and comfort. Space out side the room is precious. Cleanliness of dinning area and kitchen is superb. Parking area also good.
There is no restaurant there if it will establish it is better. If there is a facility to buy refreshments it would be better.

We were met by friendly and accommodating hostess. She keeps the place in clean and good condition. I didn't saw other rooms, but our room was very spacious, with lovely balcony and a fridge. Also unusual for us was a segmented lighting in the room.
Sometimes AC could make some strange noises. Seems it needs to be fixed.

The place was very specious and clean. New look. There is free parking safe and open pantry to cook as well. Very good place for family and friends. Walking distance to the beach from the hotel.
The TV didn't have connection at all. Bathroom was good and clean but a small downside is slow water flow and slow draining out in the bath area.
