Wonderful
We loved our stay here. We arrive late at 11:30pm and that was no problem to the hosts. It’s a family run accommodation. They were all lovely, helpful and very kind. Great location. Lots of places for food and drink close by and the beach too. Great aircon and fan. There was space to park the TukTuk we rented too.

This property is in a nice garden with lots of lovely trees and bushes ,where you will see lots of birds monkeys chipmunks peacocks and we saw a lovely bird of paradise couldn’t get a good photo has it kept moving around . Nice clean big room bedding changed every other day and cleaned ,good shower room . There is a open kitchen in the garden where you can make meals . There is an owners are lovely people and very helpful ,Thanks for our lovely stay .
We didn’t like leaving the place .

Very good place for staying! - Friendly staff and manager - Clean room - Desk, closet, safe inside - Hot water every day - Toileters (only soap and toilet paper) - Kitchen and kitchenware free for the guests Staff is very friendly, cleaning every third day, beautiful garden and nice kitchen. You can do exchange on front desk by good rate. We liked this place!
A lot of mosquitoes! But personal trying to resolve it by providing repellents every day!!

Wonderful
Location was perfect, both close to restaurants and the main road. The staff were helpful and nice. Laundry service was good. There was a tuktuk driver, Mahesh, near the hotel. He drove us to surf school everyday. We strongly recommend him!
Sound isolation was not good, there was no street noise in the rooms though. In one of the rooms, the hot water was problematic.

They were nice, the room was clean and spacious. Easy to walk to the beach, and you can find lots of restaurants (and souvenir shops) here.
It's a bit noisy, you can hear the main road. You can not park here, it's in a really busy area.

The staff was super welcoming with us. They offered us tea as well.
There weren't too many lights, so it was a bit dark in the room. Also, we had the room at the garden level, so a few insects came in from the bathroom window.

Quaint little corner with a beautiful courtyard! Hidden away from the shops and restaurants but still on the main unawatuna strip.i found this stay very relaxing and highly recommend it

In a very nice garden with lots of trees plants and flowers,plenty of birds and chipmunks there’s always something going on to look at there is a nice fish pond by the stairs to .there’s a outdoor kitchen that you can use to cook your food with plenty of space . The room we had was large plenty of space to get around ,bathroom good size nice shower and towels ,big four poster bed with mosquito nets lovely clean bedding and changed every three days ,it had a large fridge and a kitchen area air conditioner and fan which made it nice and comfortable for sleeping . The owners of the place are very friendly people always come to have a chat and helpful if you needed anything. Thank you for our lovely stay in your rooms you made us feel welcome from the day we arrive until we had to go home .
People having things out of the kitchen and not putting them back . Not the owners fault but people with no respect for others peoples needs .

What a great place this is. Big bed and super comfy, Decent sized patio area outside with a garden area and table and chairs. There are also hammocks in the garden for you to relax on. The owners are really nice and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is situated seconds away from all bars and restaurants and 3 mins walk from Unawatuna beach. Would definitely return here if we are in Unawatuna again.
