Amazing location, a beautiful colonial villa surrounded by nature. Indra, the facilities manager, and all the staff did a fantastic job making us feel at home at all times. Of the few places where I say this — we will definitely be back.
Only one night we had a family with a few teenagers who were jumping on the roof above us, but luckily they left the next morning. That was all.

Exclusivity, charm and serenity in a perfect location. The rooms were stunning and kept the essence of the house, but with contemporary facilities. Breakfast and evening meals exceptional. The staff were truly wonderful, the kindest people you could ever wish to meet. I also, particularly liked the monkeys too!

Beautiful property in a peaceful location with lots of wildlife around. Perfect if you just want to disconnect and rest. Breakfast was very nice. Amazing attentive service. Just a short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was beautiful and very comfortable, and the customer service was excellent throughout our visit. The beach is just a short walk away, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The host was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great, very close to the beach. We were happy with everything and would definitely recommend it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely place, close to beach, great bathroom and best breakfast you will have in Sri Lanka. The hosts go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible., from little messages on your breakfast plate, to sharing traditional new year experiences to sharing traditional foods aimed to improve health. Highly recommend you stay here.

This is a wonderful hotel! We stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about this place. The design is beautiful - a lovely pool right next to the room & restaurant. The rooms were lovely and very clean. The restaurant is fabulous with delicious food - for all of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very nice, happy and friendly. We hope to visit again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel ! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable, and the pool and common areas were just great for relaxing. The whole atmosphere of the hotel is so welcoming and well thought-out.
A huge shout-out to the manager, who was super friendly, helpful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. It really made our stay even better. Buffet breakfast was amazing and Yummy.
Honestly, every part of our stay was incredible.

stayed here week after having to move out temporarily from my home, Udi the Owner was so helpful and accommodating especial worm welcome. The breakfast was great buffet each day only would suggest maybe changing up the breakfast options some days. I had small issues which were cleared up right away and the whole team made me feel so comfortable and gave me a good escape. Room is so clean and modern and the space at the hotel is very aesthetic and kept on top of tidying. Would definitely recommend again, great customer service and a good standard double room for your money.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this villa while celebrating my wife’s birthday. The place was beautifully maintained, peaceful, and perfect for a special stay.From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable.
The rooms were clean and cozy, the surroundings were relaxing, and the overall atmosphere made our celebration extra special. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We LOVED our stay here to finish the trip of a lifetime. It really was so special and we were really well looked after. The staff were so unbelievably kind and helpful. Our room was the most beautiful room with stunning views over the pool. I really just loved this place and wish we could have stayed longer! We ended up spending a lot of time at the hotel and we just felt so relaxed. It’s also great location where you can watch the nice lake. I would come back again as soon as we can!

A very pleasant stay here, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable very large . We absolutely loved the natural light and spaciousness of the room. The pool was stunning and kept impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, always attentive and eager to learn and improve – their dedication really stood out. The breakfast was also a lovely touch, adding to the overall great experience.

The rooms are brand new, very clean and spacious. The AC cools down the room within seconds. The bathrooms have the most awesome rainshower you ever saw! This place felt like a little retreat in Ahangama. The room is super nice - spacious and clean, the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom very spacious as well. The staff is very friendly! The location is really good - close to the beach and close enough to surf points.
