Beautiful entrance and Lovely view, you can see a lot of turtles from out the huge balcony and it’s very peaceful . The breakfast not only extremely tasty but also a lot of variation and generous ( Sri Lanka breakfast) . The Staff was very nice and helpful . The room was comfortable

It's a private villa with just 3 rooms. There's no access to the beach from the villa, but the beach is in several minutes walking. Super nice and helpful staff! They cut fruits for us, carried luggage, etc. Someone from the staff is always there, 24/7. There're helpful, but not invasive. We were lucky to be the only one at the villa for 2 days. All rooms have a shared balcony, so when it's fully occupied, people walking to their rooms may look into yours. I noticed that staff never does that - they just look straight as they go. I recommend this place as a romantic getaway.

This was our best stay in Sri Lanka. The place is exactly like you see in the pictures.
It's a beach house with 3 rooms located on the first floor with a huge shared balcony. The ground floor has kitchen, dining area, a big area where to can play games or just chill and a garden.
It provides a perfect ocean view and you can hear the waves crashing on the rocks.
Since it is on the main road so it is in close proximity to restaurants, cafes, liquor shop.
The breakfast was really good. We stayed for 2 nights and there was a variation on each day. The staff is extremely helpful (We had to go for whale and dolphin safari at 6 am one day and they prepared the breakfast by 5.30 am which was highly commendable)
Honestly, cannot think of anything.

The location was perfect. Right on the rocks of the ocean and the entrance to the beach is no more than 20 meters from the accommodation. The staff were always available and more than happy to assist us. We were able to store food in the fridge for our daughter as well. The view is stunning as well. Overlooking the unawatuna beach with the most magical sunsets.

Beautiful house right on the sea and on the main road. Upstairs terrace with an almost 360 degree view overlooking the ocean and beach.
Spotless and modern rooms with hair dryer and comfortable bed.
Excellent friendly and polite staff that greet with a welcome coconut and kindly made a huge and delicious Sri Lankan breakfast on request. The regular continental style breakfast was also delicious.
1 minute walk to the beach, fruit shop and wine shop across the road. The town is a 5/10 min tuk tuk trip to where the restaurants, bars & shops are.
No fault of the property or staff:
When the sea is rough you can really hear the waves crashing against the rocks in front and if the roads are busy you can hear the cars on the road behind. If you’re a light sleeper like I am you may have an interrupted sleep on these occasions.
When the rain was really torrential there was a slight leak from the ceiling on one side of the room which stopped when the rain stopped and dried out quickly.
Worth noting the balcony / terrace is shared so if you have the curtains open people will be able to see inside your room if walking past. On 2 occasions other guests stopped and peeked right into my room.

We recently stayed for 6 nights at Galle Henna Beach House, located at the peaceful end of Unawatuna Beach. Its prime location offers easy beach access and proximity to great restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast, offering both continental and traditional Sri Lankan options, was consistently delightful. Galle Henna Beach House comes highly recommended for its serene setting, friendly service, and delicious breakfast.

True as the pictures. Amazing staff, thanks to Aruna and Yasindu for making out stay memorable. Spacious room (the pics don’t convey how big it is) clean and tidy. Bathroom spotless, with shampoo, soap etc provided. Spacious balcony to relax and enjoy the view. Working AC and fans.
Breakfast: superb! Need to ask the staff a day ahead for SriLankan options. Everyday variations were provided which made our stay even more pleasant. On the last night, the manager (chef) cooked us dinner (we put an order). Best meal we had on the coast! Fresh, fragrant and delicious!
Great property for those who enjoy a quieter stay at the beach. Next to a couple of restaurants, wine store and hopper shop.
At night you can hear music from a nightclub in the beach, not the properties fault. We had earplugs so it was not a problem.
Bit if confusion about the house cleaning and room cleaning - but it was resolved.

Everything was so great. The room was just what we wanted. The a/c worked great, so did ventilators. The breakfast was incredible, the view from the terrace was great. The staff was just so helpful and wonderful to us. Even though the house is close to a quite busy Unawatuna beach - it didn’t feel very crowded. You’re a little away from everything, but it’s still reachable. Truly an amazing experience.
Outside there were containers for recycling, but in the room there was just one bin in the room and one in the bathroom. Makes it a bit tricky to keep the recycling stuff apart from everything else.

We really liked our stay. The location is very good - the beach is nearby, restaurants are within walking distance. We really liked breakfasts: delicious smouthies, fruits, pancakes, omelette and toasts. There is very nice stylish lobby at the first floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay!
One night there was a loud disco not far away from the hotel.

This was our best stay in Sri lanka! It is an amazing property overlooking the ocean. Stay has 3 room and we were the only ones for one day and enjoyed lazing around the property. Felt like our own villa. We didnt want to go out on our last day and had requested the manager to arrange dinner which was great! Every day breakfast was very elaborate and they served delicious pan cakes. The property was close to a small secluded beach overlooking the property, making it feel as a private beach property.
The staff is very courteous and helpful with bike rental. Everything about the room and property was just excellent.
