Nice breakfast.
The room was facing the hall and close to the parking lot with big windows, even the room door had transparent glass, every noise sounded like it's in the room. The room had two twin bed, one was very comfortable but the second was very uncomfortable and we couldn't use it. The room was clean but with lots of bugs and ants.

the location has a very nice pool with a shallow area where our daughter (1.5 years) could play. You can walk to the beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Ahangama is 1.5 kilometers away. With the tuktuk maximum 5 minutes. Room also nice and spacious and not much trouble from the very busy road.
Our air conditioning made a lot of noise. That was not ideal. Also the location has much more potential. The staff that walks around is helpful if you ask for it but the place offers a lot of space to make much more of it. If there was a little more attention for the people and the beautiful terrain, they would score much higher. Still a very nice place and good value for money.

We loved our stay at the Crystal Oceanic. We had a family room on the first floor, two king beds in there, spacious room. Breakfast was super good!! The guys running the place did such a good job! The most beautiful fruit plate to start off and then other goodies to follow. Location was great!! Super close to the best Ahangama beach. Literally less than 5 mins walk. About one km away from the hustle (the busy bit) in Ahangama. Really enjoyed our stay! Definitely would recommend and go back there next year :) Thank you!

We are so pleased we booked Crystal Oceanic. We stayed in the deluxe family room which was very spacious. The beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful which is often not the case in SL! The breakfast is great too. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to a large beach. There are so many great restaurants around, every meal out we had was incredible. The best food in SL so far. (Townhouse, Dad & Sun, Little Bang Kitchen, Ceylon Sliders) We enjoyed our stay so much we extended for another 2 nights.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was delicious and very generous. They assisted me with my luggage and were always there for anything I needed. The room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was great—everything you could hope for in a stay!

The property in general didn’t feel very clean. It seems that some maintenance, small repairs are needed here and there around the hotel. Also, the noise from the road is a bit bothering.

The staff is outstanding. I spontaneously asked them if they could do anything special for the breakfast the next morning since it was my partners birthday and they provided a cake and candles and didn't even charge me later. Beds are very comfortable and they had turned the AC on prior to our departure which was a nice touch

It’s so clean and the rooms are very large with big balconies too! You get a lot of choice for breakfast and the staff are super friendly. It’s right in the middle of the all the fun, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the shops, but the resort itsself is so tucked away and pretty you don’t feel like you’re on the main strip. Would definitely book here again!
The pool could have been cleaned more often and more sun beds or sun loungers to chill on! Definitely an easy upgrade that would make the place even more amazing.
