Love my stay here!
In the middle of the jungle- quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable, the water in the shower is worm and with good pressure.
Most importantly the family who runs the place is lovely and very welcoming, and the food is great!

Location was amazing, surrounded by trees and wildlife. Room was spacious and very clean, at a great price too
Host was super friendly and welcoming and helped me dry my clothes which got soaked in a thunderstorm! She also cooked a massive curry for dinner which was delicious
Arranged the safari which picked me up at 6am and was amazing, saw lots of elephants
Quite difficult to find as google maps takes you to the wrong place

Very kind and friendly hosts. We've met many people here in Sri Lanka, and this couple made a genuine good impression on us. They welcomed us with juice and cake, and a nice chat.
The room was clean, there is a/c, a fridge, hot water. Breakfast included and dinner available. We also did the safari with them. Both morning and evening safari possible. We saw many elephants and other animals :) They also offer the best price for the jeep
Ants in the bathroom, fridge could use some refreshment, no soap, shampoo etc. Still good for one night stay :)

Many facilities can only be booked as part of a safari tour, but this place allows reservations without a tour.
Originally, we had booked a different safari tour, but since the conditions here were excellent, we decided to book this safari tour instead.
The breakfast was delicious, and we were very satisfied!
My friend even extended their stay here!
The road was not marked on Google Maps, so it was difficult to find the way to the facility.
I think it’s a good idea to check the route with the owner in advance

We had a great experience at Leesa Villa Safari, the property is beautiful and well-maintained and the hosts are incredibly nice and helpful.
There are two rooms available next to each other which was perfect for our group and as these are the only two rooms on the property so it's very private and quiet. Keep in mind that it is remote but the hosts made sure had everything we needed, cooked for us, and picked us up for the safari.

Absolute gem! I had such a great time with the kindest host. It felt like I was on a private tour for the whole time. Rohen picked me up at the Udawalawa junction, got to the safari, and also brought me to the elephant transit home. The room was spotless, AC worked super well and had a mosquito net as well! It was a really pleasant experience and could not recommend it enough. When he dropped me off for my bus, Rohen even asked a local to take care of me, look out for the bus etc. Super super nice people definitely deserve more!

Amazing hospitality, breakfast and safari.
Living amongst the wildlife felt so peaceful that any stresses of life melted away.
We were made to feel so special from the moment we arrived.
We stayed for 2 nights and went on a full day safari, which was amazing! And Rohan really made sure we saw as much as possible.
Such a beautiful, clean property with everything we needed. We are SO pleased we chose to stay here.

First we were not sure about this accomodation because of the low price but when we arrived we were surprised by this lovely hidden accomodation. We stayed there for one night for a safari tour at the next day. The accomodation is located hidden from the mainstreet but picked us up with the jeep from the main street. We had a delicious, big dinner and great breakfast. The host organized us a great morning safari tour with Sira. We would definitively recommend this place and the safari tour.
Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't very clean.

The snacks and refreshments provided, comfy bed, big bathroom.
The staff were unable to clearly explain their safari packages and meal options other than cost of jeep hire, this was quite stressful and took away from the relaxing feel as I was continually passed around different members of the host family to speak with via different phone numbers, messaging platforms and in person and little chance to do anything else during this time. The in-room fridge was mouldy inside as it is switched off but also dirty on the outside surfaces. I was looking forward to a very peaceful night away from noise but the host family stayed in the other available room next door and I could hear them talking late at night and some small animal running around above the ceiling. As I went to pay with a 5000 rupee note from the ATM, the host told me I should have had the correct change as they didn't have any but I believe the host should be prepared to give customers change as they are running a business.

The family who own the resort could not have been more accomadating. They went over and above for all our needs. Everything was so well organised for us, and we had the place to ourselves! It is extremely well price for everything you gain from a wonderful stay here.

It was a really quiet and green environment. You could not hear any cars, but birds instead. The owning family are super caring and in whole Sri Lanka this was the I my room with air conditioning and this high standard in that price range that I had so far. Highly recommended stay ?

The best advantage is value for money. Owners pick you up near the police station at Udawalawe and drive you to the property, you are in the wild so it is really quiet and calm place. Owners were so kind, breakfast perfect! They can also arrange safari which we did not take but compared to other jeep tours it was cheaper!
None for me but for someone else it could be the fact that there are no shops or restaurants closer than 15 minutes walking.

So,this place is in the interiors..
With a very beautiful family handling the show.
Its a 2 seperate room cottage.
Which will give you full srilankan village vibe .
The hospitality is beyond words.
At night staying is a treat .
As you will have a jungle feeler..
Well they provide you basic stuff.
Plus food is what they cook for you if you want at all.
Else you need to stuff in for your dinner as there is nothing near by.
1000 RS LKR Pp for dinner.
The safari will be taken care by Mr Roshan
Pvt safari for 3 hours is around 9kLKR
Which is worth and comparatively much lesser than the online ones.
Separate your entry tickets.
If you are SAARC nation you get discount.
I paid 20kLKR for two pax(as my country is part of SAARC)
Where actual price is 24k LKR for two pax(Other thn SAARC Countries)
More the pax prices goes down

Definitely something different.
Not for people who are looking luxury.
Its more for nature lovers and somebody who wants to feel the very village kind of modern feel along with good safari rates .
Little far from national park but the safari guys they take care of it..
Pick and drop is not an issue.
