The hotel is very good, and the location is excellent. The food was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and treated us well. However, the front desk staff were not as friendly or welcoming as expected. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay with good food and service from the restaurant team, but the front desk experience could be improved

The food was great. The staff were lovely. The grounds were constantly being maintained. The location was great for our safari. The cheeky monkeys were entertaining and the bats at dusk over the pool were incredible. And the open air bathroom was fantastic. And it was all spotlessly clean

The property was great! Room is very spacious and clean, pool was clean too.
Staff was not as welcoming as we have experienced in Sri Lanka before. Felt a little bit like they are aware of the nice hotel they have and don’t need to treat costumers nicely
