Location is good, beach access also good
Room is not maintained properly, stray dogs are there, many insects in the room, bathrooms are not cleaned.

The staff here are incredible! They went out of their way to help me book a last minute shared safari and I had the best trip ever!
They were really helpful with restaurant recommendations and anything else I needed.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable and just what I needed to chill out before a full day at the safari!
It’s a short walk from the beach and has plenty of nice relaxing outdoor seating.
I would highly recommend to anyone - especially if you are staying for safari!

Very helpfull staff. Very fast answers to messages. You can book safaris and tuktuk from hotel. Quietly area on the beach.
The yard and furniture could use a little renovation. Hotel restaurant quite expensive.

Clean, spacious room. It is a great location right at the remote end of Kirinda Beach. The room had comfortable beds and a fridge and good AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a safari jeep for us to Yala.
Only cash payment is accepted. The garden is a little run down, but they seem to be working on it. There are no shops nearby.

The location is good to access Yala national park. The location is next to the beach and very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very accommodating and the food was very good . The place is ideal for a budget stay if the purpose is to visit Yala national park .

The place is definitely the best you can get for a guest house ?
The rooms are clean and recently renovated, spacious and have all what you need.
Though there was a lot of mosquitos in the seasons we've been to (October).
Also the breakfast is only fruits and coffee without milk if you ask for breakfast

Disappointing
The place is located just beside the beatuful kirinda beach, there are almost no tourists around, we really enjoyed the surroundings, the friendly staff and the company of all the animals around.
Sheehan was really nice and helped us to arrange transports from ella to kirinda and from there to arugam bay at a fair price with a really nice driver
They also helped us to arrange a private safari with a really good guide (saman) for a very competitive price including lunch and breakfast.
However, as nice as the people are, its simply impossible to recommend this acomodation.
The place urgently needs some work (not only on a cosmetic level), the beds are really uncomfortable, towels and sheets have seen better days and half of the time the electricity was not working. (i cant tell about wifi as we had local sim cards)
The airconditioning was way over dimensioned for the wiring in the buiding and went out in a massive shortcut in the middle of the night, shooting sparks out of the wall...at that point it was almost comical.
They were nice enough to offer us another room but we already checked out that day.
Its a pity because the area and the place itself has so much potential.

We are very lucky to find this beautiful place. Everything was clean. Very nice beach . Friendly and helpful Staff. They help us to arranged our Safari tour in Yala . Amazing Safari tour. Very good driver and comfortable jeep. We saw lot of animals including leopard . We are really enjoyed here. After our safari tour they arranged for us Taxi very reasonable price.

Exellent and relaxing place to Stay in Yala. The owner was really helpful .located in nearly beach . Delicious food and very clean place. They organized the Safari tours very reasonable prices. Would recommend this place 100%!

A very beautiful environment near the sea. The rooms were very clean. The owner and staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The dinner was delicious. When we came back from the safari, they arranged a taxi for us at a very reasonable price.

Great Place to stay with Family, first time with our 8 month old little princess we stayed in hotel and the hotel staff, management, cleanness was excellent. nice beach. good hotel to stay free like home.
