Is was really hard to take a shower, the shower facilities need an upgrade

The only bad thing is that there are no dark curtains and in the morning there's too much light in the room.

Facilities were not as described (importantly, and disappointingly - no tea and coffee maker in room!) A temporary solution was quickly found. Likewise, scooter hire was unavailable locally so the host rented is his own scooter.

I was really hoping for a pleasant stay, especially since the hosts seemed friendly and communicative. However, the actual condition of the accommodation was deeply disappointing. The most serious issue was the overwhelming mold and lack of ventilation. The smell was unbearable, and despite keeping the small window open all night, there was no improvement—we barely slept. The mattress and pillows were stained and moldy, making it clear they had not been properly cleaned or replaced in a long time. The general cleanliness was unacceptable. The ceilings in both the bedroom and bathroom had large stains, spider webs had not been cleaned, and we saw spiders and cockroaches in the room. The curtains and most surfaces were visibly dirty, showing a clear lack of proper maintenance. Additionally, the hosts arranged a safari and a transfer to Ella for us. While they were inexpensive, both experiences were disappointing. The safari was rushed—the driver sped through the park, only stopping for a few seconds at each animal without any explanations. Although it was advertised as a half-day safari, we spent just four hours in the national park. The transfer to Ella was even worse, as the driver was driving recklessly, making us feel unsafe the entire trip. I also noticed that the hosts tend to respond to negative reviews by calling guests "bad people." I want to make it clear that I’m leaving this review not to harm their business, but because guests deserve to know what to expect. Their 9.3 booking review score is completely misleading—at least for the condition of our room. Instead of dismissing feedback, I truly hope they take this as an opportunity to improve. No guest should have to endure such conditions. As fellow hosts, we understand how important guest comfort and safety are, and we believe this place can do much better.

Poor lights in bathroom (felt like in a cave), double bed bit broken and squeked with every move, short blankets for tall ones (180cm+), not very tidy
