The location is very close to the city center, making it easy to get there on foot. The staff were attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Room heater provided.
The view from our room was charming while you wake up in the morning.
We enjoyed our breakfast in the garden, and the food was quite good.
The building dates back to 1854—nearly 170 years old—and was once the governor’s residence. It has a distinct British-era charm with a touch of royal elegance.
The room needs some maintenance to make it more comfortable, not a big issue though.

The room and the bathroom sizes, cleanliness, hospitality, and a very cozy bed.
The Chef and the Hotel Manager nicknamed “Ash” is an amazing guy, a great hotel manager and a great cook.

I had a wonderful stay here. My room was very elegant, stylishly furnished with an extremely comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom facilities. So very peaceful both inside and in the gorgeous garden. The staff were very professional, caring and helpful, contributing to the peaceful environment. And the food was delicious and well presented and served.

The antiquity and prestige that oozes from the colonial era, where you can truly experience how luxury felt like back in the early years of the tea industry. The garden is also incredibly maintained and beautiful, if you need to relax, just grab a good book sit down and relax

This is a oldy worldy property in a very English style with furnishings, curtajns snd carpets as you would find in England. The manicured garden was beautiful. I stayed in a huge room . Staff couldn’t do enough for us and the massive bed and pillow were super comfortable.

It was all amazing - Location, Rooms and Service!
Loved their outdoors with well kept gardens and lounge areas.
Rooms were huge and nice views.
Arranged transportation and tours for us, Driver was really friendly too and was a great experience.
We'll be staying here for our future visits - If we get similar rates to match the overall value offered.
Breakfast was terrible & service staff was poor. We requested to have it early on departure day but it was all served cold.
Service by the Manager and Receptionist (Baanujan) was exceptional but would suggest to tone down their hospitality a bit as it can get overwhelming - But it's a positive for many.

Only location and garden to be honest!
Many things unfortunately. Upon arrival bed sheets were dirty so I had to ask them to replace . No AC, Terrible!!!!
It was so cold!!!!! I got some stomach infection too. Staff was OK. Nothing special anyway . Chef is walking around the hotel and giving some stupid comments unnecessarily. Overall- never again!!!!!!
