I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is stunningly beautiful and provides such a peaceful atmosphere. Nalaka is a fantastic host, very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful
The House: A small, cute, and cozy cottage. It is full of character and charm.
The Facilities: While the furnishings are a bit older, everything is meticulously maintained and very clean.
Special Touches: The living room was decorated with beautiful fresh flowers, and there were board games and comic books available, which made the stay very relaxing and fun for the family.
Breakfast: Good and satisfying, but there was no change in the menu during our two-night stay. A little more variety would make it absolutely perfect.
The Host: The host is incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond. On our check-out morning, we were gifted a stunning handmade bouquet of flowers. It was such a kind gesture that put us in a great mood for the rest of our trip.
The hot water stopped working twice during our stay for no apparent reason. A young staff member came quickly to fix it, which we appreciated, but he didn't explain the cause.

Location was amazing. Garden was well maintained. Host was very friendly.
Furniture has to be renovated, chair cushions look a bit old.
The furniture set up is very nice and completely English but the cushion covers need a bit of replacement.

Loved the warmth and hospitality of the manager and the support staff. Nalaka was great and conversational. They responded to all our requests promptly and were very courteous. The breakfast was awesome too.

Kent Cottage is the best looking cottage inside of Little England. From the first moment, we were impressed by the architecture and interior design. The room was well decorated with a lot of small details. Staff was extremely kind and helpful that they gave us a lot of information about the area, city, region and the country. Breakfast was also delicious. Absolutely it was a great stay.

The extremely friendly and helpful staff in addition to the fact that its a very beautiful property. Food was also great. The one thing that was a bit inconvenient was that we didn't have hot water in the night. Everything else was just perfect. Nalakas service was exceptional.

Very isolated spot, no options for eating out, very high price for mediocre room, a further fee was requested for breakfast which we felt was most unkind, we left feeling hungry and had to wait for quite a while to get transport. Thereby losing time to visit Nuwara Eliya.

Property is very well maintained and very clean. We stayed with our toddler. Very peaceful place to stay. Staff is very well mannered, helpful and well behaved. English Breakfast was very fulfilling and fresh (extra charge for that but worth it).

Good
Little England cottages were nice. There is a restaurant in the area and you could have drinks and food. Kent cottage was a nice experience. However, the house needs a little renovation. Wifi was very bad and were told they rely on Dialg wireless broadband which didn't not work well...
