It’s very clean and cozy. Nice area. It’s pretty much close to the ocean. Beach is gorgeous. Not too far away from the fish market.
Property is amazing. There is available a restaurant and swimming pool. Management can provide you with anything you want. Renting vehicles, excursions, trips, etc.

I just wanted to stay near a beach and this was a nice place with a little and calm beach. The beach was very nice and just like it is only for us. The hotel and its facilities are also very good. Tasty meals and helpful assistance made me very happy. I just wanted to relax and stay alone after a harsh work period. So, the place I choose was really good for me.

The hotel is in a very beautiful place. The pool side is very free. The beach side is very beautiful at night. The room we got was very spacious. But we had seafood rice for lunch. it's very little little pieces of sea foods meats mix with the rice it's not value for money we paid.Everything else is fine. highly recommended hotel location for relax. thank you

The Resort is a very nice place to stay, right next to the beach, with a private pool and a view to the sea. The Breakfast is delicious and the restaurant a good place for some food. The staff took attention to all our wishes and the cool coconuts as well as the welcome drinks were delicious. They have WiFi, hot water and comfortable beds. I would recommend to stay there!
There were all arround the restaurant, which is located in the garden, some cats (and sometimes dogs) begging for food, it was a bit annoying.

Overall the stay is great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The Manager Sanjeewa is doing a great job as we can see. He is a multi tasking guy.
Lakshan and his restaurant staff also did the best they could do. Our stay was perfect thanks to the staff mainly.
The swimming pool is clean and great. It is the main attraction of the hotel.
But the below points should be improved ,
1. We booked 2 family rooms and 1 Deluxe room. The 2 family rooms had 2 different qualities of staying. If selling for the same price, the rooms qualities should be similar. The family room near the car park was just a basic room.
2. Food quality should be improved . We faced some issues with the a la carte orders such as we got some noodles which was totally out. Even the fried rice which came was in Samba. I dont think it was even in Keeri Samba. If you provide it with Basmathi even at a high price, we prefer it a lot.
3. The breakfast was okay. It was tasty. But the number of items were not really enough. But as a buffet, you cannot consider the fruit juice as a dessert. We suggest you to add some fruits to have after the main meal and even you can add sausages for the breakfast.
4. The room amenities were not same in all rooms. Some rooms had toilet rolls, some didnt. Dustbins were missing. Some TV remotes not working. Some AC's had issues. There are some dirty marks on the walls.
I am giving all these suggestions because we like the location and the staff and we would surely recommend others and come again too. Therefore we want all of you to improve on the above aspects.

Walls are super dirty and haven’t seen a paint for years. Also bedding was a bit dirty and didn’t wash properly.

It was just adjacent to the beech and location is easy to access. Pool was clean and the day we travelled was not much crowded.
We felt it was like home and staff was very friendly.
I wish to stay again can recommend to anybody.
