This place is set in a beautiful green garden and honestly, it’s the perfect spot to chill out after a long trip or before heading home. The owners really make you feel like part of the family—they’re so kind, fun, and easy to talk to. Their English is great too, which makes everything super easy. They let me stay way past my check-out because I was waiting to head to the airport for a late night night flight. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Out of everywhere I stayed during my month and a half in Sri Lanka, this was definitely my favorite.

The breakfast was so good and vast. We had fresh mango and bananas, straight from the garden. The whole garden was very beautiful, felt so good in the nature.
The hosts were incredible, cooking a late dinner for us which was very good and cheap.
One of the bathrooms had a part opened to the outside and it was really nice to have a bath and to hear the nature around you.
The beds have mosquito nets which are very helpful in Sri Lanka.
They also had a beaaaauuutiful cat and a fish pond.
I recommend this 100%. Thank you for having us!

This was a perfect place to begin my journey through Sri Lanka. What made it perfect for me was the hostess. She and her husband are such nice and friendly people! She cared for me like a mother. I could borrow their bicycle and she arranged the bus to the next place for me. Really recommend this place!!

Great hospitality and helpful from the host.
We booked for 3 nights, the first night we were in a quite filthy room without window that was not as we originally booked for. The second and third night, we moved up to what supposed to be our room choice. Reason given was "air con problem". Overall bungalows could do better with some renovations and maintenance.

we arrived later than expected but the hosts were still charming and welcoming .
We could not have hoped for a better welcome than we had .
room was comfy , mosquito net around bed .
The House and garden is lovely .
Breakfast was a genuine delight and interesting conversation and info from the hosts .
They obviously care about their guests and strive to be the perfect hosts …. And we felt they managed this in every way .

Hard springs at the surface of the mattress. Needs a mattress topper.

It's close to the Airport. We stayed on christmas and host was kind enough to take care of our request to provide warm milk to kid even thought it was Christmas. Property is cozy but we spent little time and could not explore much. Host was ready to provide alternative transport incase our Taxi did not arrive on time.

The best way to end the sri lankan discovery . The place is silent, and still full of the home intimacy, aside from the souvenirs rush and still located in a strategic place for taking off or sotfly landing into the beauty of this country. Bikes available for an easy ride along the gentle scenery of the lagoons or for a beautiful sunset meeting along the famous beaches. Last but not least : the possibility of refill the water botle, avoiding the use of plastic ..

Facilities were very clean even though some facilities were a little basic. The most excellent part were our hosts. Shamilla was more than helpful. She helped with all aspects of our stay, helping to organise a city tour, advice on local eateries and how to get around. She also made an excellent breakfast.

We are a little family with a one year old baby and we loved staying there!! The hosts are extremely helpful and just lovely. We arrived super early and we could use a different room for a few hours to sleep before we can go in our booked room. The property is very beautiful and calm. Perfect for little families. It’s not far to go to the beach and shops. Sharmila and the husband can arrange everything for you and have always tips on hand. We would always go back. Very recommend to go there. Thank you for everything!

The host is a wonderful and very very helpful person. She also has a big heart and made us feel very welcomed and like being at home. She was up waiting for us till 3am to ensure we got to the hotel all good. She arranged an airport pickup at the very last minute, and kept in touch till we got the taxi. She also gavel us very essential and useful tips on anything we asked. Had it not been for her, we might not be having this wonderful experience in this beautiful country. Please stay a night here, ask about all the ins and outs from a local and have a fantastic experience; meet the locals from day one and not people who are going to ruin your experience.

Owner is fantastic. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left she was helpful and kind. Giving us recommendations and tips for travel after we left Negombo, especially concerning transport.
It's good for a budget, no hidden costs and facilities are as advertised. Garden is lovely too, one of my favourite parts.
It's a little out of the way. But getting tuk-tuks is cheap and easy. Would recommend the app pickme while here and rest of Sri Lanka in general (so you know what price it should be around).

The size and light of the room!
The host was very nice and woke up at 4am to unlock the doors for me to go to the airport and prepared a very delicious hot coffee ☕
The location is ok for getting to the airport, it serves for the purpose.
Hit water not stable.
The bed is not the most comfortable but that is on personal taste.
