We only stayed for one night, but our experience was truly fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which was a wonderful and unexpected surprise for us. The room was clean and very comfortable, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. The pool, as well as the entire property, was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone!

What’s not to like! Beautiful well kept gardens, with a large pool and seating around it. Short walk to and from the main house to our room. The breakfast was delicious. We were offered a variety of Sri Lankan food which added to the experience. The best part, was meeting Sanjeewa. He was incredibly welcoming, offering a sweet treat and iced tea whilst we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived a few hours early). Thank you for such a wonderful start to our trip.

We had a lovely final night stay here before flying the next day. Great location only about 20mins for where we needed to drop off the hire car. The pool set up is amazing. Location is really peaceful especially given how close to the airport we were - lagoon on one side and beach on the other. Breakfast was fantastic- all my Sri Lankan favourites! We had two rooms they were clean and well presented. Nice quiet air-conditioning. Size of the room fine but not as big as some places we've stayed and this was one of the more expensive places we have stayed at.

Waiting for us with mid-night arrival, arranging a car for further travelling. Lovely breakfast :) the facilities with the garden and the swimming pool super cool - you can really enjoy staying; charming house :))
Any nice restaurant is 1km away, but the manager helps to arrange the food :)

we absolutely loved our stay at Villa Sarakkuwa. I think this might be the best place to stay a few nights after arriving or before leaving Sri Lanka. It is very close to the airport. They even helped us arrange a transport for very cheap. We had a very early flight and didnt want to risk that no Pickme would be close by. The Villa and the garden are beautiful and decorated with so much care and love for the detail. As they only have a few rooms it feels like a private stay in a deluxe house. We have stayed here at the end of our trip and this was the first accommodation where there was so much detail and love put into the design and functionality. The pool was amazing and so was the breakfast. It was a mixture of Sri Lankan and western food. We had a few places where we were disappointed by the breakfast options when only western food was offered but here we got a great mix of foods and were very happy.

The location, with a very beautiful garden looking out on the lagoon and with ample seating areas. Very nice pool area. The shower had a curtain which is a welcome change to other accommodations where the bathroom turns into a swimming pool ?

The Villa is beautiful and right at the lagoon with a wonderful swimming pool to cool off in. We enjoyed our last evening here before we had to leave at 2 am in the morning from the airport.
The hosts are very welcoming and even got up at 2 am to give us a take away breakfast and to say goodbye.
We definitely would stay here again!

This was a lovely villa with just 4 guest rooms. It was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful lush garden and a great pool. There were lots of places in the property to relax in such as pool lounges, beanbags, a hammock as well as indoor spaces. The couple hosting the property provided a fantastic service and delicious meals. Nice to be located away from the busy centre of Negombo with the lagoon at the bottom of the garden and a short walk to the beach and a nice little cafe.

A beautiful garden with a cute house, lots of handmade details and personal touches to the rooms. Only 30mins from the airport which is so convenient. The lovely gentleman on duty made us feel so at home and comfortable. It’s about a minute walk to a beautiful beach that hardly had any people, and then a peaceful view of the lagoon from the property. A great place to decompress before heading home.
It was a bit noisy at night with loud music playing next door

Tilanka and Sanjive are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful with organising excursions and drivers. And breakfast and especially dinner were very delicious! The villa ist extraordinary beautiful, with the lovely pool and garden. Everything is very well kept! We enjoyed every minute!
