We booked Villa Paragon for the second time during our stay in Negombo. Dinal was very kind and allowed us to stay in his property till 5 pm though the checkout time was 11.30 AM. He took care of everything. This is not only a Villa. It feels like home.

It's quite close to a train stop and it takes around 20 minutes to/from the airport. Simple place but it's in general okay, and close to a busy main street where you can find restaurants and shops easily
The bathroom needs to be improved, there's humidity and the shower doesn't work very well

A great room in an easily accessible location. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was quite spacious.The shared kitchen area had a kettle and fridge. However, the shared bathroom did not have a hot water boiler

Dinal was very accommodating, waiting until 11.30pm to welcome me. His communication was good, especially with my airport arrival.
He does airport pickups as well.

Very nice and helpful host, very knowledgeable about local transport.
Close to the airport and Negombo beach. Good food court, train station, bus station at walking distance. Comfy bed, ceiling fan, balcony. All you need really and the price is hard to beat.
Curtains that block the bright street light would be great.
Couldn't get the hot water going but it was so hot in Colombo, it didn't really matter.
