Wonderful
A perfect little hideaway oasis of the busy streets of Negombo! It was a lovely start of our journey in Sri Lanka and it was even better than in the photos.
Spacious villas and rooms with quiet spots throughout to relax, enjoy dinner, and the pool. The food was great, a generous breakfast and lovely diverse options for lunch and dinner.
Above all, the staff is amazing and always goes above and beyond to fulfil every request. Especially Chamidu, Suba and Reginald made our stay with our two little girls a delight.
If you are looking for a place to start or end your journey in Sri Lanka, don't look any further!

The facility sent us a message asking if we need airport pick which was so thoughtful. The villa is like a hidden gem; a beautiful entrance door opens to an amazingly decorated space. Each and every corner of the hotel is a piece of art. The art pieces and antique furniture give authenticity to the entire space. Room was amazing, even the bathroom is so designish!
Close to the airport and a much recommended escape for couples who are seeking quite and tranquility.
The Food was top notch and before I forget, please book your massage with Neresha at the wellness Spa...She has magic fingers!!

The villa complex was a hidden oasis that is quiet and immaculately decorated. The pools were very clean and well attended. The food offering was excellent and offered much choice. It's a real destination! For me the highlight was the attentiveness of the staff. Led by Pasindu the team could not do enough for my family whilst there. They were 10/10!
I would stay again when in Sri Lanka. It can be a base for starting or ending a tour, or to springboard and do day trips. I found no issues.

Disappointing
The resort is located too far from any travelling convenience and you are left only to the mercy of the hotel to provide transportation. As a result, they ask high prices due to the monopoly. Moreover, we had a pool facing room but they had workers working there throughout and we couldnt get any privacy to enjoy the pool and the pool was not cleaned as well.

As we were landing later at night, the property contacted us to ask if we wanted to order food before the kitchen closed. This was so thoughtful and when we sat down for dinner, it was wonderful.
We had originally booked as it was nearer to the airport and our plan was to stay the night and then move on to our next property the following day. However, they asked if we wanted to go to Monkey Island and do a lagoon tour in the morning. And I am so glad they asked us as it was one of the best trips we did throughout our stay in Sri Lanka; we felt that we had really made the most of our short time there.
Beautiful views, our son loved feeding the monkeys and we stopped for a fruit snack sitting on chairs in the middle of the shallowest part of the lagoon. An experience we will never forget. A special mention to Reginald who was a fantastic. The rooms and property were beautiful too.
That we had only booked for one night! We will return!

Value for money was very poor, one small room had no windows and opened onto the kitchen/ reception, it was very expensive for this room too (usd$300)

The smiley faces are confusing, as this hotel is so perfect fulfilling peace and tranquility, the staff were so professionally warm and helpful, the food 5 star, must add the magnificent shop with hand painted gifts to yourself

Extremly helpful staff, very friendly and always catering to our special requests.
The property is very spacious with 2 pools and lots of old trees. Dining tables are spread out around the property, so you dine in a different location always. All rooms are individually and very tastefully decorated by the owner with local art and tapestry. The enclosed property is very quiet. It is located directly at the lagoon, so you enjoy a fresh breeze all day long.
There is definitetly room for improvemend for the food. .

What a great end to our holiday! Our plans changed quite last minute and we were able to check in a day early and the staff were so flexible to help us with this.
We stayed for 3 nights before our flight home and it was exactly what we needed. Great pool, spa and restaurant and the staff were all great. We felt so welcome and looked after. We didn’t explore Negombo, but it was a great location if you did want to, and also only 25 mins from the airport and organising the taxi was so easy via the hotel. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect location to acclimatise and get over our jet lag at the start of our trip. Beautifully laid out and a real ‘wow’ moment when we saw our room. The staff were delightful and the breakfast was lovely. The pool area was great - quiet with lovely sun loungers … and a water monitor made an appearance in the lagoon just next to the pool! The staff recommended a lovely Italian place in Negombo and they arranged an uber for us. I actually left my trainers and an adapter at the hotel when we left and although they quickly tried to contact me to let me know, I didn’t pick up the call. Just to show how amazing they were, they arrange for a member of staff to meet us at the airport 2 weeks later with the trainers and adapter! We were so grateful for the exceptional level of service they provide. Thank you ☺️
