Dulshan and his wife greeted us so warmly, helping us enjoy our final night in beautiful Sri Lanka. The Villa is absolutely stunning, in fabulous grounds - all lovingly cared for by the owner. So comfortable and luxurious. Just 15 minute taxi journey to the Airport. Perfect location.
Dulshan also recommended local restaurants by the beach to enjoy the sunset.
Absolutely nothing to dislike. Unfortunately, we left at 3:30am for our flight, so didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the breakfast.

Beautiful property, sounds of birds in the garden and recently built home with excellent water pressure and bed, great breakfast, hosts are incredibly welcoming even we arrived at almost midnight, and they arranged a taxi that was waiting for us when we got outside. Would absolutely recommend for a soft landing into or stay out of Sri Lanka

Dulshan and Dilu have a beautiful, peaceful home and garden and we loved our stay here! The home is clean and comfortable and felt luxurious to us after a long journey. Dulshan is extremely helpful and welcoming, and Dilu’s breakfast was still the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka so far. We wish we had another night here.

The hosts are incredible here! My flight did not land until 1:50 am and they arranged a taxi for me. The taxi driver was right there with my name and I felt very taken care of. The entire place is spotless! You can tell they treat their home with great respect. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the A/C. The breakfast was incredible! So much yummy food! They could not have been more friendly - I want to stay here again! I highly recommend! Thank you so much!

Wow, what a find! Absolute gem of a host family, who built this beautiful villa. Dulshan & Dilu were so kind and supportive of anything we needed. Comfy beds, multi-plug wall sockets, super clean everywhere, close to Negombo for dinner and the airport — this was our favorite accommodation of a trip to four areas of Sri Lanka.

Lovely decor, beautiful grounds, warm people, amazing fruit juice, good breakfast. We were just passing through on a short stay. The owners went over and above - received us very late at night, carried our bags up stairs, looked after everything we needed including booking us a taxi from Airport and a driver to take us to our next destination Sigiriya while stopping so we can tour Dambulla caves. Felt safe and looked after. Hoping to return!

Dulshan and Dilu are super kind, warm and welcoming and truly give a sense of home away. The villa is spotless and comfortable and they make sure you have everything you need. Dulshan recommended a place for dinner and took care of my airport transfer. when I had to leave early for the airport they woke up early to make me coffee and Dilu added a special touch with a homemade pancake ( as I was leaving before breakfast). One of the best places I stayed in Sri Lanka. Highly recommend!

Very friendly hosts. They helped me arrange all of my site seeing, and my transport to Sigiriya.
Perfect place to recover from the flight to Sri Lanka - comfortable rooms, clean bathroom, A/C.
A highlight was the delicious breakfast I was served each morning - probably some of the best food I had while visiting Sri Lanka.

Beautiful and immaculate villa. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming, we sadly on stayed a few hours before a late flight out so didn’t get to enjoy the comfort and hospitality of this villa and its hosts. Very well appointed room, perfectly clean and comfortable, the garden and common areas are lovely. The villa is in a great location for exploring Negombo and getting to the airport, only about 20 mins away. They organised a great driver to take us to the airport for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this villa for your stay in Negombo! We will definitely stay here for longer on our next trip to Sri Lanka.

Exactly what we needed: a clean, tidy space for an overnight close to the airport, plus tremendous value for money. Feels tucked away from everything; we woke up to the sound of bird calls. Super-friendly host. Would definitely stay again if I were flying in or out of Columbo.
I would have liked slightly warmer light in the room.
