Wonderful
I was just there overnight, but found the room quiet and comfortable. I was also surprised by how close it was to plenty of restaurants and shopping and the beach.

Location for short distance to airport and nearby beach and restaurants.
The garden area was a peaceful haven from the bustle of the city.
Sitting outside our villa I was irritated by flys that kept landing on me but the staff did offer incense sticks to try and keep them away. It didn't seem to be an issue around the pool.

Lovely pool area and garden. Delicious breakfast, especially the fruit. Generous servings. I highly recomend you get the breakie!
Room was large. The large drinking water bottle was awesome
Shower not too hot and no pressure at all. Could not wash hair.

We had a very nice time at the villa, the pool was nice and they had provided us with an extra bed for our child. Breakfast was nice too. it was our first place upon arrival and it was good to rest on the first day with jetlag.

Lovely Pool, very clean rooms, comfortable beds (mosquito net provided), well maintained. Our house had a kitchen and sitting area, plenty of space for us 2 adults, 3 children. Provided filtered water. Great breakfast. Tucked away but 5/10 min walk to restaurants and beach. Very friendly, helpful staff. Perfect place to stay for a
night or two at the beginning/end of your trip. Very good value.

Amazing Villas with clean and spacious rooms.
Clean Swimming pool at the door step of the Villas.
Beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. The beach is not far ( 7min walk) with ample food places and restaurants equal walking distance.
The hosts were very welcoming, caring and ensured our needs were met.
Breakfast was so nice.
We enjoyed ourselves here and recommend it as a must stay for anyone visiting the area and wanting to experience the tranquil, peacefulness atmosphere of both a a private quiet resort and sea right at your door step, you can not ask for a better place to stay.

Beautiful garden and pool. Close to airport. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was not included but for 6USD per person we had a great spread of mango smoothies, large plate of fresh fruit selection each, coffee, eggy bread/french/bombay toast depending what you call it, more toast and an offer of cooked eggs which we declined.
There were changes to our flights twice, we ended up checking out early, getting to airport and finding another flight change so came back. They were lovely about it and even gave our driver a place to sleep for a few hours before he took us back to the airport.

We loved our stay here. The team led by Milan were kind friendly and courteous. Our room was extra large and the bed sublime. The pool area was cute and clean and a wonderful place to cool off. The gardens were lovely. We enjoyed being away from the chaos of Negombo town. Breakfast was exceptional. The very noisy air conditioner and ceiling fan were the only minor negatives.

Very friendly welcoming hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit, pancakes, toast - eggs were on offer too but we were full by then! The place was very clean, quiet and beautifully maintained.

Great stop off when flying in late to Colombo. Short walking distance to beach and restaurants. Garden is small and beautiful with a nice clean pool. Bed was super comfy, living area was spacious and clean. Bathroom areas are tired but clean. Staff are relaxed and flexible. If you're stopping off before heading across Sri Lanka this could be a perfect tranquil place for you . ?
