- Privacy. This is a real villa where you are completely on your own in a full-fledged two-storey cottage with a huge courtyard and a swimming pool, fenced off from prying eyes from all sides. This is not a bungalow with a hut and a hammock - this is a villa.
- Comfort and tranquility. There is nothing distracting, only birdsong in the morning.
- Interior. It feels like you're living in an museum of arts.
- Private parking, swimming pool with everyday cleaning servie
- The location and atmosphere of Maravilla. This is a very small town, not a tourist town. No one is bothering you here. Rent a car and go wherever you want: even to a disco, even to holy places.
- This villa is beautiful and suitable for everyone: families, groups of friends, romantic couples, single travelers - everyone will find their own place here.
- The hotel owners is very interesting people
Big waves on the main beach. But in 1 kilometers north is a calmwater wild beach

Very nice accommodation in a small fishing village. Great pool and the owners were amazingly attentive. Not a massive tourist area which suited me 100%

The swimming pool was lush! The brothers who own the place are lovely, they spent time just chatting with us which was nice. We had a couple of issues in the area which was nothing related to the property and they were very helpful sorting these out even though it was nothing to do with them.

Thank you very much for very friendly approach of Nalin and Rohito.
We spend one very nice day at your appartment, our daughters didn't come out from swimming pool. Also,possibility of arriving in late night due to the flight wasn't problem, thanks a lot for that!
I know that we arrived at the season of monsun so there is at least one time per day heavy rainfall. I don't know if it is because of that but much of the dishes had mold inside.

This is a perfect place to start or end your Sri Lanka trip.
We loved the warm welcome we got from the 2 brothers. They are so friendly and relaxed. The house has a nice balcony and a beautiful garden. The small pool is nice to cool down.

Sri Beach villa has a very beautiful garden and a nice pool. The house has two balconies and a lot of places to sit in the garden. The house is big and spacios and has what you need. The wifi was good. The location is close to the beach and the road where all small shops and market stalls are.
The bed was not so comfortable and too short. I still slept okey though.
