We came to the Sleep Cheap after 3 weeks of travelling in Sri Lanka and we can say that without any doubts it was the cleanest place we stayed in, for a reasonable price. The host is very nice and he for sure arrange everything, you’ll ask him for. We have short but really nice stay. Totally recommend this place!!!

Perfect for a room close to the airport. Comfy, clean room with Aircon and very helpful hosts who recommended places to eat and arrange a car to the airport early the next morning. Excellent value for money.

The host is very helpful and would try to help with every need. The room and bathroom are clean.
The rooms are not sound proof at all, the area is getting noisy quite early, should take into consideration if you are lite sleepers. Didn't like the fact that the host wanted to charge me 750 rupees for airport drive instead of half the price.

Prasad met us at the airport and kindly drove us to an ATM on the way to his property. Over a very welcome cup of tea he answered all our questions and arranged a boat trip on Negombo Lagoon for us the next day and recommended a very good local place to eat that evening. The en-suite room was clean and comfortable with a hot shower and luxurious towels. Breakfast was omelette, toast , jam and bananas with tea and coffee. Definitely a very good value place to stay with very good hospitality from Prasad and his father and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Thank you Prasad.

Perfect for a short stopover before or after your flight. Very clean rooms and really nice and modern bathroom. There is a good choice of restaurants in walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful and arranged a comfortable transport to the airport.
The location of the hotel on booking.com seems to be incorrect, so we had a little trouble finding it.

Prasad is a very welcoming und kind host. It immediately felt like Home. He can help you out with a lot of recommendations and offers an Airport Pickup/Dropoff for a very reasonable price, even during night. There is free Wifi, European Plugs, a water fillup station, a fridge with drinks (to buy), private Bathroom, big Living room/area and Breakfast. This accommodation is a good choice for the first one or two nights in Sri lanka, it’s close to the Airport. To Negombo Beach it took me about an hour of walking, where you’ll pass the fish market. By Tuktuk around 10-15 min for about 300 Rupees.
