Such a lovely and very pleasant stay. The room was really spacious with well-working air conditioning, which made a big difference. The host was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating, with great local knowledge and helpful travel tips. They also helped us book a day trip to Sigiriya, which was a wonderful experience.
The place is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials. There’s also a pool, perfect for cooling down when we didn’t feel like going out. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would happily come back again.

It was really peaceful first place after I landed to Sri Lanka. Very nice facility and super clean. The breakfast was fabulous! The staff was so nice and helpful and they help me to find great driver to take me to Hikkaduwa. I recommend this place!

Great great breakfast there!
Swimming pool, but we didn't make use of it (not enough time).
The room was the best: AC, cleanliness, decoration, mirrors, and all...it was fun and nice to sleep in!
Great place where to sleep last night before taking a tuk tuk and fly back!

It’s a hidden gem, with very kind people managing a beautiful place full of life.
You have everything you need and they will accommodate you well.
Loved the river view and the rescued animals the owners have.
Nothing we didn’t like.

The accommodation was spotless and the staff very friendly. The rooms were massive and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was huge and it was nice to sit by the river watching kingfishers and monitor lizards. Food and supermarkets are within easy walking distance including some of the highest rated trip advisor restaurants. Also fab to have a pool to cool off in after long travel day.
Really don’t have anything to complain about. Everything was exactly as expected.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Bed was comfortable, shower has good water pressure. Really enjoyed the layout. They also have cute puppies to greet you at the door! They picked me up from the airport and gave detailed instructions with photos of the airport meeting point (post office) and the vehicle and plate number.
