Good value for the cheap price, clean and very nice owner!
There seem to be a price for a room with AC & without but I’ve missed it so we hadn’t AC. Nothing too bad but it’s best to check it before you book if you really want AC.

A very nice guesthouse, in a relatively quiet street a short walk from the beach. The guesthouse has a balcony with seats and a great common area where guests can hang out, make tea, use the fridge. Tony and his wife were very kind, friendly and helpful.

Tony was a lovely host - really helpful in getting me a tuk tuk, showing me where to buy water, and lending me a plug socket adaptor. Everything was really clean and comfortable, great value and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Perfect for staying nearer to the airport!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. It’s a lovely guesthouse in a quiet neighborhood. Our room was simple and clean, just like the pictures. Tony was really kind, friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of tips with our itinerary and booking tuk tuk. I highly recommend staying here.

Basic but very comfy and clean place, couple of minutes by foot to the Beach .
Tony is a great host and very supportive. Once I arrived he and I went thru my itinerary and he gave me some valuable tips for mi journey. Definitely a good place to start your Sri Lanka Trip:)

Great stay. Clean and welcoming room, quite neibourhood, close to the beach. The house also offer a kitchen and dining area. Most importantly, very kind owner Tony who always make sure all is well, and is glad to help with the traveling plan and information, all with a smile. Very well recommended!

Very nice and cozy rooms. Cleanliness was exceptional. The host Mr Tony was very kind and looked after and made us feel at home. Definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Negombo. Walking distance from beach and all the restaurants and couple of gyms.
