If you're looking for a basic but comfortable and affordable room option within a block of Negombo Beach and the main road, this is an option worth considering. It served me well for my first night in Sri Lanka, a country I was visiting for the first time.

This was our second time staying here. We had requested a particular room, which wasn't available on arrival. So we had 1 night in an oven room, then we moved to a more comfortable one. The swimming pool was appreciated. Very relaxing atmosphere. Lovely gardens and peaceful sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location is a 5-10 min walk next to all restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. I felt very safe to walk back to the hotel even late at night. The room was very clean and very quiet. I slept very well that was needed before a long flight. It is very convenient as it is very close to the airport. I enjoyed more Negombo than Colombo. I highly recommend to skip Colombo and stay in Negombo. It is a friendly little town. The staff is very kind and they helped me to arrange my taxi to the airport.

A clean, comfortable oasis in a peaceful location but close to the ' action ' of Negombo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The garden and pool area is delightful. A very tasty breakfast is available. Very good value for money accommodation.

Pool setting was lovely.
Location excellent
late arrival - no one available - had to phone. room mix up - waited 30 minutes to get into room - in the dark at 1:30- am after 22 hours flight - bitten by mosquitos

Good location only a few minutes from the beach, bars and restaurants. Despite this hotel is in a quiet area with a welcoming pool. Staff friendly and helpful.
On arrival (3am first night) was allocated an initial room which was old and in need of some tlc. Got moved later that morning.

It was a pleasure to stay in this green and tranquile paradise tucked away in a quiet side street in Negombo. Garden and pool were beautifully maintained, the room was spacious and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect last night before going back home.
