Location is in a quiet area in the streets of Negombo, but not too far. We had a vehicle so didn't need to walk. Hosts greeted us with drinks on arrival and were very friendly. Room was clean and tidy and the hosts also made some arrangements that we asked for even though we stayed only a single night. Good bathroom facilities, shower had good pressure and hot water.
A frog in the bathroom and some insects, but that was to be expected (we experienced the same in much more expensive hotels).

The property and their staff were wonderful! They picked us up from the airport for a small fee and welcomed us with a fruit drink. The room was large and modern. We also appreciated that they had a water refil jug :)

Property is close to airport and close to beach and all you need around is easy to reach. Super friendly host and staff. If you need something they helped immediately. They all were always kind and want to feel you good and that you have a good time.

I can’t stress enough how lovely the hosts are at this property, they made sure we’re comfortable from morning til evening. Breakfast is amazing, Offering airport pick up drops offs on a great rate, and the garden! Absolutely beautiful.

It was a very lovely stay. Everything was amazing, loved the garden and the apartment was very clean and nice. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very hospitable and amazing view. It was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. The place is very nice for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely visit again on the last day. Highly recommended to visit when in negombo.

Beautiful house in a beautiful garden full of flowers and birds! A little paradise when I arrived in Sri Lanka! The hosts are also very helpful and adorable. I will definitely come back if I have the occasion.

After a long journey, we chose a quiet and comfortable place near the airport for our first night in Sri Lanka. We absolutely loved it—the natural and peaceful atmosphere, the unique and delicious food, and the warm hospitality. The people were incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended! They also offer full concierge-style services, including airport pickup and more.

Last minute booking (i just landed on the airport then I booked it) was perfectly possible.
They offered pickup with their car but I got a tuktuk ride via an app instead cause that would be faster and a bit cheaper.
Everything was great except that there were some tiny holes in the muskito net so the room was not fully bug free.

Nice villa in a quiet and cozy neighborhood near the airport (except from San Sebastian day) . Comfortable room with AC and hot water. Great for it's price. Very convenient if you need to spend some hours in Colombo.
Krishan and his wife were so welcoming, made delicious breakfast and dinner and took us from and to the airport a couple of times. Totally worth it

They are clearly used to looking after guests like us, collecting us from the airport in their van which was big enough for our tandem. We walked to breakfast through their well-kept garden, and there are so many other touches that come from years of experience in hospitality.
