The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Sampath went out of his way ensure we had our transfer the following day. The food was delicious! The pool sparkles! Very comfortable bedding and the spa services were wonderful! 10/10 ?

Large spacious rooms, good sound insulation. A la carte dinner was very good.
The hotel looks a old even well kept and does not justify the high price tag. The pool seemed not perfectly clean.

Convenient to the airport. The room was clean and modern.
Mosquitos all over the restaurant where breakfast is served. Breakfast very mediocre. Crow birds all over the pool area. They are attracted by the trash and sewage behind the hotel. Not much to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Negombo. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast was absolutely delicious. A truly enjoyable stay — we would happily return and highly recommend it.

was wonderful to stay in a place that is almost on the beach ,the sound of the ocean is always nearby.
The swimming pool is beautiful and the breakfast is very good, a perfect start to the day. This hotel is an ideal place to begin or end your Sri Lanka journey.
The wellness facilities are outstanding. The massage ( 2 real Balinese girls) was truly the best we have had , deeply relaxing and professional.
The spacious garden offers plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, so there is always a comfortable place to relax. The pool bar crew deserves a special mention: warm, attentive and always thinking along with you to find solutions.
And finally, the laundry service was excellent returned beautifully folded in a basket. Something we have honestly never experienced before.
Tip: There is a nice new mexican restaurant on the other side of street, it is part of the hotel but we payed seperate
The hotel is quite large, which is a matter of personal preference.
The price felt high compared to the nine excellent boutique hotels we stayed in during our Sri Lanka trip. Unfortunately, I did not notice on Booking.com that the additional taxes were not included, which came as a big surprise .
The room was the smallest of our entire holiday.

Very nice hotel and the staff was really friendly. Special thanks to Sampath and Anura from the front desk, who were very attentive with us.
The pool was fantastic and the beach view was too.
The pool could have been cleaned up with more frequency, since there were leaves and things from the environment that would fall in, thus accumulating. However, this wasn’t too bad, it’s a suggestion to make future experiences even better.

Location is great . Big shout out to Sampath at the concierge very helpful.
The restaurant has ti improve their Lunch service. We were informed they serve great meals . Mushroom soup was like water. Had to walk up to the open kitchen after 45 min to look for my lunch. Received it after another 5 min.
Cannot blame the servers it's the kitchen that needs attention. I could say this place is badly managed.

The view from the room is stunning, is the best thing for this hotel.
Walking distance from restaurants, cafes.
Breakfast was nice.
The hotel is very old, it needs renovation.It is definitely not worth 200 usd; and it can be cleaner.
The view from the room is beautiful, but the beach is clean only in front of the hotel, if you want to walk mire, it is very dirty.

The ocean view was breathtaking. The building construction ensures that all rooms have a great view of the ocean. The rooms are large and spacious with the bed placed facing glass doors that look out onto the ocean so you wake up to that view. The bathroom is enormous, stocked with every amenity, fluffy towels and meticulously clean.
The staff were warm, friendly without being intrusive and extremely helpful. Special shout out to Sithmi. She really went the extra mile printing out my tickets, and sorting out restaurant reservations whilst I was away on tour.
Although the area has wonderful beaches and a vibrant restaurant scene I just wished we were a little closer to Colombo or a shuttle service to the city was provided. Then I could have stayed here longer instead of checking into a hotel in Colombo to finish my tour of Sri Lanka.
