The host and his nephew, who is running the place, are both the kindest and most helpful.
I got to borrow a bike cycle, get to discuss what to have for breakfast (he's a chef!), did some laundry and all in all felt very welcome and taken care of
The only thing that really can be seen as a downside is that it's a bit of a walk (25-30 min) or bicycle ride (10-15 min) to the beach side.

Very good and quiet place with tidy space kitchen, superb bathroom and bedrooms and friendly caretaker. He was very helpful. The place is worth for the money. You can relax well with no disturbance. I recommend for anyone who is gonna enjoy the Negambo beach and around. Close to the Airport. The beach is not far from this place.

This is a lovely little place! It's hard to find anything to really complain about. It's located in a quiet place, the house was clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. If you need any recommendations on what to do, they'll help you out.
